Well, how long? Take a deep breath, hold it and time it from the start of inhaling until the end of exhaling. Also, are you a smoker? How many times per week do you exercise? Asthmatic? |

Am I a smoker? No, I'm totally against it. Am I ashmatic? I was when I was younger, and now I find that if I run a lot it gets a little difficult to breathe, but I don't have ashtma attacks. How often do I excercise? Well, I go swimming about once a wekk/once every two weeks, I play squash ocassionally, I go to gymnastics twice a week, and I fence once a week. I can hold my breath for... 2 minutes, 30 seconds, last time I checked. |
