Ok, again, they're working on a new album with Paul Rodgers and that's fine, but what I'd like is it to be divided up maybe even in 1/3 where each one of the singers sings about a third. Brian has a nice smooth voice, it's not the strongest, but it reminds me of David Gilmour's and even Freddie's in it's smoothness and it's good and very soothing. Roger has a nice voice too, kinda like Rod Stewart's in a way and of course Paul is the frontman. While I like Paul's voice the least, it is still a strong rock voice and he's a good frontman, something that is essential for "Queen", so.. I say divide it into threes, please.
That's what I'm hoping, too. Let them each take lead vocals on the songs that they each write. (Provided, of course, that they don't pull a Miracle songwriting-credit scenario and credit all songs to QPR) For example, Paul wrote Take Love, so let him handle that one, with cool backing vocals from the boys. If Roger writes a rocker in the vein of Man on Fire or Ride the Wild Wind, let him please sing lead on that. Same with Brian.
My original desire(dating back before the tour started) was for as much Brian and Roger as possible. Now that Paul is one of the boys to me, my attitude is use Paul all you want, just try and always replace him with B or R in any case where their vocals are as much or more appropriate.
