Hey. I'm trying to increase the amount of bootlegs I own, but i can't use repidshare or bittorrent. Can anyone help?

You could try buying them on ebay, at record fairs, on street corners etc.
Or you could learn to use torrents. It's not that complex, I assure you.

Short answer: generally yes.
But so is copying from cassette to cassette, jaywalking, and not coming to a full stop at a stop sign.

Torrents themselves are not inherently illegal. Bootlegs technically are, and you want bootlegs. Worrying about torrents is a complete red herring.

Using your PC? There are no laws against using PCs as such.
I think it may be a good idea for you to research some stuff before deciding how/whether to continue.
Or you could just ask us to spoonfeed you...
