I'm new to Queenzone and would like to introduce myself. My name is Steve and have been a huge fan of Queen for about two years. In that time I've learned to respect Queen for their complex structures of music. Truly is amazing. Anyway, its nice to have joined and I hope to stay here for some time. Steve |

Mrs. Freddie Mercury, I read in your profile that you play the french horn, I was just wondering how long you played it. I play the trumpet in high school and love every minute of it...I guess I'm kind of a band geek. Anyway, just curious... Steve |

I remember listening the Beach Boy's song "God Only Knows" for the first time. I didn't know what the instrument was in the background, but I remember thinking it was so beautiful. I also like the sound of trumpets, they can make some really cool jazz. :) |

And you can just call me Charles. And I DON'T reccomend quoting a post if the one you would quote is right under it - it get annoying. Oh, yes - hoppy-hoppy. |

Metal Head wrote: Freddie Mercury was Queen of the Night! None of us will ever be Queen of the Night! Never! lolPah ! Freddie couldn't sing "Der Hölle Rache kocht in meinem Herzen" if his life depended on it ! He would go unattractively blue in the face and pass out. And later die of shame. |
deleted user 03.11.2006 16:39 |
Don't make me laugh Charles, if anything Freddie would sing that german and make you shit in your pants! lol Of course, no offense... Besides, I have no idea what that would even translate into, I should look that up sometime...or you could tell me. whatever. I'm so freakin bored! |
deleted user 03.11.2006 16:51 |
link This will tell you why Freddie would shortly be expiring of shame after trying to be The Queen of the Night. I mean, come now, even Little Mister Castrato Roger couldn't sing that high ! |
deleted user 03.11.2006 16:59 |
Sorry for my lack of knowledge Charles. I shall go hide in shame. But thanks for teaching me something new.:) |
deleted user 03.11.2006 17:06 |
Don't worry about it. Nothing to be ashamed of at all. And, by the way, I've been properly fined for making jokes involving opera. I hear that these days that's almost as making jokes that involve maths. |
deleted user 03.11.2006 23:04 |
I wanted to reply to your reply sooner but I had to leave for marching band... Anyway, if you're reading this Charles, I agree with the fact that people don't really find opera all that appealing these days. I mean, I'm not a die hard fan of opera, but I've listened to it and really tried to get into it. The thing is, is that I've really taken an interest in it and find it fascinating. I myself try to expand my musical horizons everyday. There is just so much you can listen for. Steve |
