Hey, sorry to inform you, but that CD is considerd official I believe(someone correct me if I am wrong). There is a strict rule against this here. I am certain that you can find some bootlegs of performances as early as that. Hope you understand.
As far as I'm concerned it's official - I bought it in a CD shop - indeed, one of the biggest CD retailers in France. I cannot imagine they would sell something that was not official (ie that the royalties were being paid to QPL).
the CD is not official.
the music on it is copyrighted
as well as all the other bootlegs/life recordings that are being shared as torrent/rapidshare on Queenzone ...*sigh*
I don't consider In Nuce to be official material because it is not owned by Queen Productions Ltd.
But anyway, you may be able to find some threads that cover the same material anyway. Best of luck!
The CD is not official per se since it has nothing to do with Queen Productions or any other related company. I believe it is made in Italy. The tracks are available in other less-arguably-official releases so there might be a problem with sharing those tracks in here. The Smile tracks are available in the "Ghost of a Smile" CD and the "Gettin' Smile" album from Japan. Goin' Back and I Can Hear Music feature on Freddie's Solo Collection and in his latest compilation.

It's what they call a 'pirate' release rather than a bootleg. Though unauthorized, it does appear in shops as well as online.. same with 'Pre-ordained'.
But you can't post a pirate version of tracks that have been officially released elsewhere, unless they were clearly unique versions which I don't believe they are.
It's Nuce btw. Lovely place where I live and I'm proud to call it home since they recorded those tracks here.
It is a terrible Cd if I remember correctly. I bought it in a well known music shop (think dog & record player). The tracklist was all wrong on it anyway, so it was the one & only CD I've ever taken back to a shop and asked for a refund, on the basis that is was crap.
I bought my copy in a well known record shop here in the UK as well. So, it's one of those, authorised for release type bootlegs.
For me, having "Going Back" from that particular copy is good because, imo, it's far better than the officially cleaned up version. They sucked the life out of it on the FM box with heavy noise reduction.
Adam.
Who are these people who post in immediately saying you can't post this here - this is a bit of fun, stop trying to act as if it's yours.
There's tonnes of sites where you can get free queen stuff, so why butt in every time someone pposts something that breakes the "rules".
So childish.
Oh man, there are tanks everywhere: link
By the way, does anybody know if the word Nuce means anything in any language? I've been wondering this for quite some time now.
