This is the first Works show I ever heard, about 8 years ago, so this one will always have a special place with me. This is the last time they played Staying Power. Definitely an above average Works show. But since the Milano shows didn't sell out, Queen skipped Italy on the Magic tour. |
| kafax 31.10.2006 07:33 |
Hello! I have got also the bootleg "Let me show in", but it is presented like the 15th September concert, not 14th! Is it a fake info written on the bootleg cover?? Does anybody knows something more about this?? Thanks! |
| MDNA 31.10.2006 07:55 |
There where two shows in Milan that year, so your boot can be legit. hoever I know that some tracks on the bootleg for the second night are in fact from the first night. Check Queenconcerts for more details. |
| Maruga 31.10.2006 09:47 |
As Ginger posted first (she took it from the info file from my sharing in The Hub), here is my comment: Comments: Excellent complete audience recording. Kafax, your bootleg is in fact from the 14th,I got it. |
| kafax 31.10.2006 11:05 |
ok, thanks a lot! |
| L-R-TIGER1994 31.10.2006 11:33 |
Just listen before "Staying Power" Freddie says something about being in Italy for the first time |
| kafax 31.10.2006 11:55 |
Yes, between It's a hard life and Staying Power Freddie says: "It's really nice for Queen to be here in Milano for the first time!" |
| tassilo 31.10.2006 18:20 |
Thank you very much for this one! |

Ginger, Could you put these two links from my site into your original post? These scans (I forget where I got them from!) are in higher resolution than the ones at giginjapan. link link Also, could someone please post a small sample from this version? I have "The Jewels" which sounds great, and I'd just like to see how the two versions compare to one another. |

| The Real Wizard 04.08.2007 20:11 |
It's actually Seven Seas.. :) Verdict: Jewels sounds better than Gypsy Eye. It's at least 1 tape generation better, and it doesn't have the distortion that GE's has. Sample of Jewels: link But the question is... are enough people interested in downloading it again, to get a 5% upgrade in sound quality? |
