I'd love my first car to be a Beatles car. Obviously, when I have alot more money and I'm older, I'd want to buy an Lexus. What was your first car? Any pictures? If your underage and haven't bought your first car yet, what would yours be? |

Cars and industry are what is ruining this planet's habitability. Until a perfected version of hydrogen-combustion or an equally clean alternative becomes available mass-market, I refrain from using a car. |

They are too volitile if the tank gets cracked, especially in an accident situation. It'll be a long time before they manage to fix that little problem of how to stop the whole car from blowing up if a crack in the hydrogen tank lets in more oxygen than can be controled. |

Driving?? In London?? Thats a joke nowadays! I'd rather walk or take public transport, but thats not fabulous either :S |

My first car was a Pontiac Ventura. It was already 8 years old when I got it. And you know what? Until I crashed it during the last hour of the last day of my temporary permit, it was my sister's first car. Yeah. You read that right. SO... my sister got the newer car that I was supposed to get, and I got hers - after I paid for all of the body repairs. :( Let me tell you something about that car - it leaked like it didn't have a roof! When I'd drive it in the rain I'd have to prop my umbrella up to keep the water from getting in my eyes! I'd wedge the handle into the console, angle it just so, and off I'd go. Ah, what memories. I loved that ugly brown leaky car o'mine. <sigh> |

My first car was a Nissan Pulsar but my favorite was my second car. It was Toyota Celica, black, all power, sun-roof, and fast as hell!! I almost lost my driver's license while I owned that car because of all my speeding tickets. Good times!!! |

Thomas; I assume you still use public transport? Would you ever take a trip on a plane anywhere? I'm not taking the piss, I'm interested to know how strong your beliefs are. I personally think alot more people should use public transport. I live in the suburbs of Belfast and get the bus to and from work every day. The bus takes me to the city centre and a 15 minute walk gets me to work. As I stand waiting for my bus (which is never too long as there is one every 15 mins), I see people crawling along in the traffic in their cars, with the vast majority of cars only having one person in it. It will take them longer to get to work, as there is a designated bus lane, and once they get into the city centre, alot of them will have to pay for parking which costs many times more per day than the price of a bus ticket anyway! And of course, its all having a negative effect on the environment. In an ideal world, I would like to be able to cycle to work, but I'm not brave enough to take my chances with the traffic on a bicycle! |

Public transport is also quite expensive up here. Also, by driving my car, I don't have to share a trip with strange people who want to talk to me, noisy kids, drunks, druggies and old people complaining about the weather. Public transport - I shit it. |

To answer Jessica's question, unfortunately it doesn't have leather interior.... :( But I'm glad it looks like it! lol ;P To answer Danny's question, I have not had any problems with it actually. What kind of problems does your bro's Mustang have??? I'm scared to drive mine now :S Now that I think about it, sometimes I do feel that the brakes start acting all weird.... :O dunno what that's all about. |

Let's see if this link works... link Anyway. It's a 1993 Ford Taurus SHO. That photo is from the summer of 2003. Since then, the car has gone through a total transformation. The automatic transmission has been swapped for a 5 speed manual. And I have removed about 500 lbs of dead weight. The result of this can be realized through Newtons Second Law (F=m*a). |

As for airplanes, I don't fly (have once, because it involved crossing a major ocean), and do my best to keep it that way. All in all, I use my bike 9 times out of 10 (or in fact: 17 times out of 18 to be exact, in a normal week). |
