Whats the worst accident you've ever had doing normal house stuff? I've accidently spilled hot tea on my hands. Dropped the hover neck on my feet. Cleaning my VHS/DVD shelf... Some DVDs came tumbling down on my head. Broken some drinking glasses on the floor. Thankfully nothing happened to me on that occation. But just so you know... This rarely happens to me, once in a blue moon. Thank God. |

I was being stupid once and I tried to see how many books I could stack. The stack of books was like taller then me and then I accidently knocked them down and they all fell on me. I had cuts and bruises and everything. What a nerdy injury. |

I set my hair on fire (went out really quick, hardly any damage done). Broke a glass plate when I was playing "frisbee" with my dad (yes, the plate was the frisbee...). And wow, that's all I can think of for right now. |

Hmmm... I broke a small mirror ( cut the jokes, people...! :P ). I tried to hide it by brushing it underneath the sofa, but of course, my parents heard it. I denied it for about 20 minutes, talking from downstairs ( "No, mom, I didn't drop anything!" ). But then, my parents came downstairs.. :o I tried to look as casual as possible, 'till my dad said nonchalantly, "Carol, your foot is bleeding." T_T It was "leaking" blood from my ankle, and I hadn't even noticed it. :P |

I almost burnt the house down when I was really bored one afternoon and decided to burn some napkins for fun...I blew it out and the entire thing flew up into the cabinets. Still on fire. Ahahaha. Stepped on glass. Walked around my parents bed while my sister was pinning up a new bed sheet for them and got a huge gash on my thigh from a pin. I have the scar still. Repeatedly burned myself with a hot bagel and wouldn't stop even though I told myself too. Well...I was high, so er. I have so many more... XD |

I set a tissues on fire when i was playing with a lighter (that's a shape of a train, SOO cool).. Whilst i was sitting on my spinny computer chair i started stretching and fell backwards whilst knocking my dining table so loadsa books n papers fell all over me..hehe This wasn't really an accident..well it kinda was..;when me and my sister were having one of our fights few years ago, we ended up taking her bedroom door off it's hinges..hehe can't think of many more..x) |

Why the fuss over bumping your head or dropping a glass? Who hasn't done that!? There is a weirdness here that is beyond being hip, sexy or magical. I had a bad accident at work last year, but it could have potentially happened at home. At the Tesco Cafe I worked in the retarded cooks insisted on putting clingfilm over the beans before microwaving them. So when I was careless about taking it off one time, I got a really bad steam burn on my hand. It doesn't even show at all, but the pain is immense and had me in tears. Two days of agony even on painkillers that I will not forget! And my manager actually phoned to ask if I could come back to work that day! Ha! |

In my house out in Iowa, I was writing a letter to a friend, laying on my bed when the phone rang. Some pieces of paper fell on the floor (hardwood) and when I went to get up and get the phone I slipped on them and ripped my ACL ligament in my knee completely in half. Hurt like hell, and required a complete ACL replacement surgery. But I'm a pretty big klutz. I also remember dusting my hardwood bedroom floor with a rag and dusting polish...that makes for a nice sock skating surface! And since mircowaves appear to be popular....does anyone else here know about Peep jousting?? That's really fun! I'll be happy to explain for anyone who doesn't know |

As a 3 year old I swallowed a hair clip and was taken to hospital in the middle of the night (probably more early evening but it was dark). I still remember that there was a red light in the x-ray cabin and I thought I was in hell! At the age of 5 I fell out of a guest bed that was only 15 cms high and broke my arm Once I tried to open a champagne bottle which was really refusing to open, so in the end when the cork finally came out it was the bottle that took off and hit against the fridge causing a big hole in the door I boiled an egg in my first microwave and not knowing how long it takes I just waited a couple of minutes, then the egg came through the closed microwave door and smashed against the wall - which brought me my 2nd microwave. I ran against my training bike and broke a toe (avoid work out!!) Just recently I sucked a honey candy in my office and when I bit on it I bit on a dead bee that was enclosed in it. My lips and tongue were swollen so badly that I nearly choked to death and was taken to emergency. That was probably my most bizzarre accident as yet. Only a week later a tree fell on our brand new car. Luckily, nobody was in it. |

1. When I was much younger, I attempted to get the band out of my hair and in the process cut off a large portion of my hair. 2. I was sleding with my sons one Winter Season, and was headed downhill. There was a rather large snowman with his arms out to either side. I went straight for him, hanging myself on his left arm. 3. Several years ago, I was hiking with a group of fellow students, and I fell, tumbling down a steep hill through many thorny bushes. Ouch! ;) |
