Okay, I have a question for you guys..
If a girl wants to get her bellybutton pierced (Not that I would.. I have a friend who intends to), do you think she has to have a flat belly, or can you carry it if you're chubby?
Personally I think it is okay, but I was just wondering..
And what do you think about piercings in other places?
I'm not a big fan of piercings, and I think people look better without them. But if your friend want to pierce her belly button, let her go ahead, as long as she REALLY wants to do that.
I think "flat" bellies look better with piercings than "chubby" bellies, though.
Why don't you post a pic and let us judge? :-P
Your friend should go right ahead. It would show that she is comfortable in her own skin. That's making a statement! ;D

Have her consider if it's a statement she'll want to make in say, ten years.
True, piercings can "close up", but it's a good habit to get into when making lager-scale cosmetic choices. For instance, though a tattoo can be removed, it's supposed to hurt a LOT more than getting it in the first place (and be more expensive).

Correct me if I'm wrong... But besides being expensive and painful, removing a tattoo isn't 100% "accurate", right?
Pierce your bottom lip, then blow up your cheeks. If you like how that looks, then a pierced navel would look good on a chubby belly.

^Hahaha, nice. I LOVE your new screenname, Barzini! Anyway, I say that if your friend, FreMe, wants to get her belly button pierced, let her. I agree with the fact it would show she's comfortable standing out, but I wouldn't pierce my tummy. I'm protective of my tummy. Like Charles says, I wouldn't like the after effect. I'm comfortable being weird in my own way, not with a holey belly. What if you got pregnant? OWWIES!

True. Some colours are especially hard to remove, too (I *think* purple is one of them). And it might not go 100% away.

i was interested in having it done..until my mate got hers done and i helped clean it..coz it kept bleeding, and that just made me feel really queasy..and now guess what! its infected! lol..
plus once you have it done..you're belly looks kinda ugly when you take it out..you just have some hole on top of your belly button..i think it looks kinda weird but hey! if she REALLY wants it done then sure go ahead..
but if she isnt so sure..there's no point..it's kinda expensive too..i thought it would be the same price as having your ears pireced but its like triple the price..
i love piercings of (almost!!) all kinds..
but I DO think that I have seen sexier things than a pierced dickhead :p
I dont know where that came from xD
