Now as i sit here typing away, the song comes to an end, the track< heaven for everyone. Now i have had this album on CD since it come out in 1995 here in Aus. And it never amazes me at how good this album is. Each song is alost handcrafted to perfection. Hearing songs that were freddies solo work being made in to Queen tracks with Bri Rog and J.D, its just aswome. Not ot mention the songs made fo rthe album... I love listening to this in the summer.. its just bliss. Now as i finish this.... the next songs is just kicking now,,, To much love will kill... Just awsome!!! |

Made in heaven is a great album! It sometimes makes me sad however, but sometimes it is a happy album with a winter's tale. That song makes you think happy thoughts except for the fact it was Freddie's last song, but the album is great! I reccomend it to anyone who is interested in buying a queen album! |

I love Made in Heaven, when ever I am feeling down or that, I put one of two albulms on. AKOM (my favorite albulm), or Made In Heaven. I must admit though, I can't listen to it without crying, it is definetley their most emotional track. Absoloutley brilliant. If you don't mind me asking, I to am linving in Aus at the moment, in Western Australia, I came over from England a few years ago now. I wanted to know what the response to you beigna Queen fan is in you're part of the country. I haven't found one other fan here yet! ( Not from WA anyway) it can get pretty depressing sometimes... Love to you all, B.R |

Hey Bo Rap. I was born here back in 83. But have been listening to Queen since i was about 2 or 3. How ever, i was heavenly influenced by my Uncles which were from England, how ironic. But none the less, I know so many people who love queen, me being in Melbourne i suppose the culture is so different from WA. But put it this way. The we will rock you musical was played in Melb first over any where else in the world, so that says something. I know there are many cover bands here who do just queen and at very popular venues.. And the show Australian Idol, no other band have had there music on that show more than queen. Queen dominat that show. Hope this helps or answers your question... please feel free to ask more, i am very interested to hear you story... |

I was born in 81 & live in Adel, that album is definetly one of the best queen albums. 2nd there are many queen fans in Australia but i guess the real test would be for Brian to tour once again like in 1998 to test the waters here but this time bring Roger with him & Paul. Another tour please!!!! It would sell out every venue!!! |

'Made In Heaven' couldn't have been a better album than it was considering the fact that by then Freddie's days could easily be counted. There's been a lot of ignorant comments from people complaining about the fact that Brian, Roger, and John decided to make an album with mostly recycled tracks. What the fuck do these people want? Dig out Freddie's corpse out of the grave and force it to sing? They did an amazing job with those tracks, and they sound by far better than the originals. |

Don't mean to change the question, but if it is, I lived in Perth many years ago and did see Queen at the then Edgley Entertainment Center. It was 1975 I think and they were promoting ANATO. Sorry to bore the rest of you. |

My favorite version of this song is on the freddie box set with only piano and vocals, then the Mr. bad guy version. The MIH album is very good, not classic but still great. |

Sorry I havent replied in a few days, our internet connection shuts down every second week, our phone lines in this area are bad... It's fantastic to here that there is a Queen following in Oz! And that there are apparently many fans in WA! I live in the south west area, in Yanchep, which is about an hour out from Perth. In Yanchep life consits of sitting in one's garden and admiring the beutiful sea, or walking around the streets socialising with friends. The typical music I hear is Rap, which has certified itself over many, many years as a major music genre, but really for me Music genre's consist of Rock, Meat Loaf and QUEEN. I go to school in another suburb where there is one Queen fan, me. I speak to people who when I tell them I'm a Queen fan they screw up their faces and either say 'what the hell!' or they say 'oh Queen, they've got 'some' good songs, I guess'... Of course there must be some Queen fans in the area because acording to the best CD stockist in the Waneroo shire (which includes Mindarie and Yanchep), Queen sells the most CD's and DVD's monthly. The culture in Perth is very new, there are some great historical buildings and the like, and they are surrrounded by very new, very sleek buildings. So really, the West Aussie culture is about the latest tunes and the beach. Unfourtunatley I am someone who doesn't like the beach and never listens to the radio (my Grandad however does wake me up in the morinings when as posted earlier, Mix 94.5 are playing Queen). I see evidence of fans here, and now thanks to this forum I have discovered them!! Hurrah, hurrah at last... Before I bore you all with any more of the bland parts of the story, I got into Queen at a very young age. I turned fifteen in September, and have now got ten Queen albulms. When I was living in younger (I was born in Farmborough, two hours out side of London). My mum saw the Highlander movie, loved the score by Queen and bought the caset tape. It was easily the most played tape in the house, and to this day it is my favorite albulm. Unfortunatley though it broke (probably because I played it so many times, but I got the CD a while ago. I love Queen, I am ultimatley obsessed with them and although I have gone through many faces, and never saw something to the end, for the last four years, I have been a massive Queen fan, and I know I will go to my grave being one. I think Freddie was a God Send and always will be. I miss him very much as we all do, even though I didn't get to see him. But oh well, born to late. I really hope that reancarnation is real and I can live in the sixties, seventies, eightees and ninetees. Ahhh, to dream-to dream, Thank you so much for replying good people of Perth, you give me Hope!! Once again, love to you all, B.R |
