Not only do NOT know if he's talking about ROGER TAYLOR or PAUL RODGERS by the "Rodger" reference, but It's Late is a little out of the vocal range of any performer, they didn't bring any Hoop Diddy Do singers, and THEY DID play Shooting Star at some venues.
