You sounded awesome, but I have a few tips that you should know. As a singer, you're definitely in the right key signature, but you have to project with feeling, just don't be afraid to do it.
Hi there! I listened to your song which is quite good. But if you don't mind, I'd like to give you a piece of advice.
As the previous post said, it would be indeed better if you could add a little more feeling to your song, I don't know how you recorded it but maybe you should try to sing it eyes closed, let the music carry you, feel the words (cause sounds a bit like you're reciting). That's all, otherwise it's very good.
Don't get offended by this comment, just tryin' to help.

I liked it. Near the very end I could hear a French horn.....yay!
A brave attempt i think.
Not horrendous but not great either.
I'm thinking that maybe your singing voice is very close to your speaking voice.
This is what differs between average singers, good singers and amazing singers.
Also because this song is a slow ballad, a lot of people who attempt to sing it themselves actually try to sing it too softly; i think this is definitely the case with you.
Im sure with practise you can add depth and emotion to your voice, which will further improve your performance.
This just proves that Brian is not as bad vocally as some people choose to make out.
As someone said before, Im not trying to be harsh, just to offer a constructive criticism.
Matt.
I sung Bo-Rhap and WATC in July, and I tell you what, concidering it was done by a load of High School kids, it was a good night! And the boys who did the solo parts on Bo-Rhap were brave. I wish I had the clip to show you but it was filmed by the school. They got a close-up of my and my 2 friends doing part of a dance routine in Bo-Rhap. I haven't seen it yet, but I hope to soon.
its too karaoke sorry to be harsh i.e scared of getting the words wrong or missing a note (which is why i hate karaoke) & i do feel your singing within yourself i honestly feel you can push your voice further after the solo the "yeah" part is missed off again maybe due to nerves do it again but go for it

Pretty much what I thought. You've got a nice sweet voice and tone, but just lack the willingness to really go for it. Sometimes slightly out of tune here and there. Very slightly! But that's down to nerves and breathing, which I'll get to...
I used to sing like this almost ten years ago and looking back on it, I'm glad I kept trying/learning to get better. Someone said it's like your singing voice must be similar to your speaking one. Totally get that and yes, it certainly sounds like that here. It's a combination of not pushing yourself to sing and also learning to breath better. That will let you take flight with your singing voice. I could hear your nervousness, so we'll leave it to that.
Good stuff and would like to know you'll improve.
Adam.
