They said sometime in October, then someone found the CD listed for sometime in November, but it will be eventually I'm sure :)
As for regional coding, it's not a problem.. they aren't coding these.. the only thing you need to worry about is PAL vs. NTSC. There is apparently a South American NTSC version out there somewhere, and of course the UK version is PAL. (I have this version)
Japan is supposed to get their NTSC version on November 15.
Speaking on this subject...Did the Q+PR Japan dvd release ever come out for us here in the USA or is the Japanese version playable on my DVD player here in good 'ol South Carolina?
