OK, besides Queen, what are the QZ members' different favorite bands? I really like Nirvana, this amazing folk singer Nick Drake, and I just got London Calling by The Clash this weekend, and I really like it. I used to be obsessed with No Doubt (still kinda like them). I also love my Forrest Gump Soundtrack, Skynryd and all(extra points for attempting to spell it) and I really also like the Mamas and the Papas and Peter, Paul and Mary (and tons other stuff). How about you guys? |

There are so many that you guys have named that I completely left out. There are also alot of bands that are on my shopping list (CCR, The Doors, The Who...) because I am especially obsessed with one or more of their songs. I don't claim to love these bands to death (unless I really do) so I can avoid being called a poser or fake. DISCLAIMER: The above does not imply in ANY way that Singing Forever is a poser. Because, in all truth, she is NOT! Posers (and a lot of true fans) usually claim to love a very steriotypical rock band. Now, I'm not sayin' that if you like a common rock band, you're a poser, because you guys are the people posers wanna be. Love ya! By the way, Sherwood Forest, I love your profile. :) |

Is there something wrong if the ONLY band I worship and love is Queen? I like music by other bands but can only stand listening to them one or two times! I know this may be off topic, but parallel to Queen, the only music in my heart is classical. I kinda HAVE to love classical music. I don't listen to it though because I get enough of myself on a daily basis. ;D |

I just think that they're SUPER cool, and I really admire Gwen for putting up with the guys alot. I am still clueless as to 'Are they broken up?' I really hope not, and ND themselves deny it, but Tom (?) said in an interview, or the Running commentary if there is one, that they would do a reunion album. Sounds like a split when he talks... I am still VERY confused. |
