I think it should because it is not avalible legally unless you spend shit loads of time looking. and allofmp3.com is illegal (no matter what you say)
This was officially released. This Dutch company bought the rights to releases it.
Therefore it is an official release (allthough only released in the Netherlands) and should not be allowed here.
I don't want to go into a discussion because that has been done many times before. If we do not allow an official Japanese dvd or something similar, than this should also not be allowed.
