YourValentine wrote: He called himself Moanzoner in reference to a thread by you about "Moanzone". That is not really pretending to be GB. If he decided to stop posting, we can live with that - he was just a show off.

Queen Archivist wrote: Thank you for the good and informative replies. I bet YoungTwatMan has come back to this site under another name. I cannot believe he disappeared in shame forever.

Queen Archivist wrote: To Willen-jan, who wrote... Greg, if you're reading this. Could you maybe try to get some more info on the WDR 1974 stuff? WDR should at least reply to you, being a bit higher in the Queen ranking than us, regular fans. There's a topic explaining why this may be interesting: /queenzone/853356.html Please give it a look, it would be nice if this show would be available somewhere. I HAVE HAD A LOOK AT THIS. VERY INTERESTING..... THIS IS WHAT KEITH WROTE... As a big Lynyrd Skynyrd fan (and of course the mighty QUEEN), I just downloaded some excellent Skynyrd Hamburg footage that was broadcast on WDR. I thought I had all the available Skynyrd footage so the quality of this stuff really surprised me. What surprised me even more was the headline acts equipment, in place behind support band Skynyrd. I thought, "I recognise those drums" and sure enough, the bass drum skin (and vocal monitor) was adorned with the classic QUEEN crest. Most people will know that Skynyrd supported QUEEN in 74. This begs the question, was the QUEEN set filmed too? Apologies if I'm behind on this one but I'd be interested to hear if anyone else on the forum has seen this. Best Wishes, Keith. THIS IS A VERY GOOD POINT. I HAVE NO IDEA IF ANY OF THE QUEEN STUFF WAS FILMED. DOES ANYONE KNOW THE DATE OF THIS SKYNYRD SHOW??? THEN WE CAN LOOK MORE CLOSELY. IT'S HARD TO THINK THAT CAMERAS SET UP TO FILM THIS GIG WOULD NOT ALSO HAVE FILMED SOME (OR ALL) OF QUEEN TOO!! I GUESS IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A QUESTION OF COST AT THE TIME. A GOOD POINT THOUGH...

Queen Archivist wrote: I just remembered... it was YoungStratMan who said he has the footage. WHERE IS IT YoungStratMan???????????????????? Come on. No more bullshit. You hand over a copy of what you think you have and I'll make sure it gets seriously looked at. I still say you don't have it, and you never did. Prove me wrong. I'll be glad to be wrong on this. GB

Honey... though Greg is a "fruitcake", he´s not a fan of apples! :-)

Based on the fact that one of my dear friends in Florida is a Skynryd & Queen fanatic and a collector of more years than most of us have been alive, and the Hamburg concert is on her list, and i have seen around 2mins of the Sunbury concert. I am not saying that i have the concerts, i am not relying on just moron's, i am relying on info from a collector who is very serious and is probally well known in the Queen community, no she isn't someone like Jacky or anything like that, but pretty well known. I do not know if there is more than 2mins of Sunbury 74, but i can confirm i saw at least that, and the video quality was comparable to Hyde Park 76, but the audio sucked. That's all i can say because that's all i know. And no i do not have access to these, so don't ask.

Mr. Federal Investigator, may I ask your friend John Farnham to appear again here, and prove it PLEASE?

MS wrote: come on... last time it was Sunbury 100%, now it is Hamburg WDR 100%. You registered at the time when our good friend Stratman left. And you have exactly the same attitude dude ;-)

Penetration_Guru wrote: Correct. Your exact words were "very positive". You also said that you had a friend who was a collector who had Hamburg "on her list". Now, not that I don't believe you, but it's surprising that if it appears on her (presumably trading) list, none of the fairly hard-core collectors on here have found her. Not unbelievable, but quite surprising. As for the allegation taht you are YSM - well, you reacted with very similar responses. So maybe people's confusion is understandable, although I of course am very positive that you are a different person.

pow wow wrote: Not that I dont beleive you but how exactly did you search his username? I've tried to but YSM does not exist anymore. It was changed to moanzone twat, but again how did you know that? Hmm.
