freddie moment
| mercury_sparrow 25.08.2006 03:44 |
ok, so this might very well sound crazy, but i like to believe in this stuff when it comes to my angel freddie, so humour me lol. so, last night i was chilling in my room listening to queen. the c.d is a mix, pretty much always in my cd player and never skipped before. in "who wants to live forever?" just before the line "when love must die" the cd skipped for about 7 seconds, then started playing again like nothing had happened. next morning, just to be sure, i listened to it twice and nothing, not one single jump. my theory? freddie was with me last night, letting me know that he's ok and that he's watching over me. love you angel. |

You should tell this story in your market where you've bought CD. They'll give you the Freddiespiritless CD* instead of that. * - not damaged. |

haha, I like your story, I think it is cool because I think that Freddie cheers me up when I am sad, GOD BLESS FREDDIE MERCURY!!!!!!! |

I like your story too, I have great comfort in knowing Freddies looking out for us. (By the way, Freddie, if that was you who made my english teacher go on holiday so I got an extension on my assessment, CHEERS!! I owe you one!!!) |

He's not prophet, only an angel. "Loyal friend, my guardian angel from the sky" |

uh huh. |
| Bohemian MAY-niac/Deaconite 25.08.2006 09:26 |
Wow, that happened to me too the other night!! Except the track that was playing was "One Vision". Leave it to Freddie. ;-) What an angel. |
| Freya is quietly judging you. 25.08.2006 09:30 |
Yeah, it was obviously Freddie, there's no other possible reason for a CD to skip.. |
| deleted user 25.08.2006 10:05 |
it could have been roger...using his psychic powers. |
| Togg 25.08.2006 10:23 |
Wow well that convinced me for sure, which makes me wonder I have a DVD of The Two Ronnies 1973 Christmas special that sometimes skips, do you think Ronnie Barker is trying to tell me something? |
| 7 seas of Rhye 25.08.2006 11:02 |
That's cool that that happened to you. Freddie definetely is my guardian angel. At gym class, this girl was saying something mean about Freddie and then a ball hit her in the face and no one knew who threw it! It was totally Freddie! |

I once thought that Freddie was talking to me or something like that last year on Sept. 5th when I was looking through my drawers and I found this : link I thought it sort of looked Queen related...but who knows. |
| wembley86 25.08.2006 14:40 |

That hasn't happened with Freddie's cds yet too often, but it has with another group, so I know what you mean. I believe that people do come to visit us. |

I also know that Freddie and my Nan are watching over me and keeping me safe. I've had a few Freddie moments happen. The one I mentioned before and this one. I was working around the house and I was listening to Queen. When "These Are The Days Of Our Lives" and "No One But You" came on, I thought about Freddie and started to cry uncontrollably, so I sat down for a little while and all of a sudden I got very warm and tingly. After about a minute, I was fine. I think it was Freddie comforting me. I get that same feeling when I think about my Nan too. They will always be my Gaurdian Angels. I love you Freddie and Nan!! :-) |

just to comment on what mercury_sparrow said that's very true. i has happens to me recently when i was on holiday. it was right at the end of "These are the days of our lives" just before he says 'I still love you'quietly.i played it again in the morning it was fine. Freddie was so with me. I love you!!!!!!!!!!!Freddie |

thanks to all my lovelies who gave me kudos and shit. to everyone who made pathetic little sarcastic remarks, thanks but no thanks. i dont need to hear how ridiculous everyone thinks i am, i get it enough at school. i get that not everyone believes in stuff like that, but seriously, do ya gotta go bring people down?? |

If you don't want to hear other opinions - don't use public forum. What do you expect from us when you say that if there's something wrong with CD that it means Freddie came to you? Do you expect me - who've learned damned Physics and Maths for over 6 years in damned colleges and now have MSc degree - to believe in the stories about Freddie's spirit who's throwing ball into someone's face as vendetta for bad words about him? |
| deleted user 26.08.2006 17:47 |
just keep a little perspective. if, for some reason, freddie felt inclined to leave the afterlife and visit the living, would he really have time to be the personal guardian of each of his millions of devoted fans? or would he go see mary, jim, and all the people he loved in life?? i don't beleive in that stuff, but even if you do, there's got to be some kind of logic to it.... |
| mercury_sparrow 27.08.2006 04:19 |
i'm not denying any of that, in most cases i agree with you. usually i'm a massive cynic and all that. but i just dont see why you have to go deliberately out of your way to make me seem like an idiot- even if it is a public forum. seriously, does that make you any smarter? |
| deleted user 27.08.2006 04:53 |
actually...i was just gabbing because i'm bored. like you, probably. i don't think i said anything that mean, but if that's all it takes to offend you, then you've got a pretty thin skin. relax, you can believe whatever you want to believe. |

mercury_sparrow wrote: why you have to go deliberately out of your way to make me seem like an idiot- even if it is a public forum. seriously, does that make you any smarter?Don't you think that comment about how Freddie throw the ball into someone's face is idiotic? Do you really think that comment of such kind deserves a serious reply? Does that make YOU any smarter in front of thousands of QZers and QZ guests when you start thread about dead Zoroastrian rock-star being an angel guardian and ghost-visitor of his fans' homes? C'mon it's funny and interesting reading sometimes (UFO, ghosts, Elvis is alive, Macca is dead etc.), but it can't be taken SO seriously as some of you're doing. IMHO. You believe in what you WANT to believe. If something happened during Who Wants To Live Forever? - why it was Freddie? Maybe it was dead second violinist from National Philarmonic Orchestra who've played there too? Or dead Michael Kamen? You can see Freddie in the cup of tea if you want to see him there... |
| FreeSpirit328 28.08.2006 01:31 |
That was cool. I once thought Freddie sent me a message in a dream. It could be just the fact that I think Freddie was and is very special, but I will admit there are times where I feel very connected to him...very close..to his spirit I mean. No I will never claim to have seen his ghost in front of me or anything, lol Should I say not yet anyway. |
