I didn't pay much attention to his latest thrashing, but as usual, it was towards some gimp from the press over their stupidity(details are not worth investigating, we all know the routine).
I just love Brian's ability to bash and trash a stupid source with such a perfected style of insulting the idiot/idiots in question as much as possible without seeming petty or losing his cool. It's a gentlemen's insult pushed as far as possible without lowering himself in class or respectability.
You go Brian!
P.S. He mentioned the idiot in question as quoting the "permed poodle hair" gab. I am just wondering(without Mr. May's tact) what kind of complete dumbass it takes, not to write such a lame/weak/unimaginitive jab, but to be 5 times as bad and actually publish such shit? What freaking losers there are out there to pick on/bash a great artist, not cleverly, but with stupidity that is so massive, you wonder how the same person, with their weak mind, could manage to even spell and write such trash. How could a dumbass like that write period if what they write is on that sub-level of intelligence.

I know, It is just utterly appalling!!

Or do I already know?

What Utter morons, GO BRI-MAN!!
Hahaha, his bashing made me laugh and I was on with a couple friends on MSN and I told them about it and they were like "hahaha, brill" THEN I showed them that like page and a half rant about the dude from pittsburg...oh god, that thing was hysterical....
I do think Brian over-reacts JUST a tad over things like these, but either way it's entertaining for the rest of us.

I love it!
haha, me too, thats what cracked one of my friends up, that somebody could be so daft as to not notice that! rofl, and now Welcome to BRI'S SOAPBOX!
Haha, though im inclined to think it was the poodle comment that pissed him off most and drove him to that oh so entertaining post.

Yeah he does, but I think I understand why. It's not so much Brian running with anger(in my opinion) so much as it is a personal quest of his to always fight back against piss poor journalism. It would be real easy to blow papers like The Independent off, it's not like Brian will lose any sleep over it. Instead, I see Brian's actions as a goodwill gesture/deed of the day on his part by taking time out of his schedule to properly slap back at the idiots of the media who continuously lower the standards of Wester Culture.

Well said my dear!
I agree, if you dont say something at all, its only perpetuating the problem.
But he does so in a classy manner as always.
And is very witty at the same time...
How can you not enjoy that?!
Certainly he's let many things fly under his radar. But sometimes you just need something to use as an example and say "Hey, bugger off", except in not such choice phrases.
