The thing was that he offered it to QZ for free, because he wanted to give it to the fans and not to Queen Productions. Then, he showed a screenshot which was laughably false. His credibility took a dive after that. I might as well just say that I have every Queen live show in soundboard recording, including the very first show with John Deacon from 1971, but I'm not going to prove it to you folks.
