In what could be one of the biggest conspiracies in entertainment history, documents have been sent to Michael Jackson, and his representatives, which reveal a deliberate plan by some former attorneys as well as associates and advisors, to force Mr. Jackson into involuntary bankruptcy. The documents reveal that former attorneys actively solicited other attorneys, vendors and creditors to “join in a petition to place the client in involuntary bankruptcy.” Mr. Jackson who, on June 27, 2006, announced sweeping organizational changes, has instructed his legal team to investigate and file claims against those responsible for conspiracy, bad faith, and self dealing. These efforts may also result in civil and/or criminal charges, where appropriate. In addition, there is a strong possibility that these documents will be forwarded to the U.S. Attorney General for review and possible involvement. “Mr. Jackson is neither shocked or surprised by these revelations,” says Raymone K. Bain, Michael Jackson’s General Manager. “Based on the timing of events that have impacted his personal and professional life in recent years, he has long been suspicious that some of those whom he entrusted to act on his behalf, and to advise him with respect to his personal and business affairs, may not have always acted in his best interests.” Source: Raymone K Bain |

I'm done with Michael Jackson. Back in the 80s I used to be one of his millions of fans, but as Michael got weirder I felt like the same guy who recorded 'Thriller' was a complete different individual. Such a sad thing. It really seemed like Michael was going to become the greatest solo artist of all time. |

What a voice, and what a dancer - but really.... I find his music offensive to listen to because it becomes dated so easily. I really don't care if he fiddled with kids. If he did, his name has been dragged through the mud so much he'll probably never get near another kid again, haha. If he didn't, that's just sad I suppose. But it'll teach him that you can Love the children, but you can't "Love" the children. |

I used to love Michael Jackson, back in the 80's and early 90's. He had a decent voice, and he's a great dancer. But his hay day is over. His type of music was good for it's time, but music has evolved, and he hasn't. He's tried, I grant you that, but he just can't pull off the sound you need today. Accusations notwithstanding, he hasn't had any decent music come out since the mid 90's. With his lifestyle, he needs all of that income to avoid bankruptcy. Since it's been 10 years since he's come out with anything that's sold decently, and he hasn't cut down on his extravagant spending, no small wonder he's bankrupt. Of course, I also think he's got some serious personal issues that need to be worked out. |

This is a terribly complicated case, the facts seem buried in legal loop holes and red tape. Personally I don't believe they would have proceed and spent so much effort and money if they didn't have a case to answer. As for rape, well it could well be a fine line between just inappropriate behaviour and rape, there is little doubt that he doesn't understand normal boundaries, however, proving rape with so many folk trying to get a slice of his fortune is very difficult. Sadly I doubt it's the last we will her of such things either false or true. As for a conspiracy well there is one born every minute |

I have some sympathy for him, but only to a certain point. Yes, he's had it tough with his dad, but he's still wallowing in it. He needs to realize that half of the problems he's got he's brought on himself. You don't come out and confess to being almost 50 and sleeping with several little boys like it's normal and then expect that you won't get any flack about it....it's impossible for someone to be that naive. He had a rough start, that I have sympathy for. But he's letting it destroy his future, and that's where my sympathy stops. |
