This will be great..but... dear, you can't just upload .cda files. Those are tiny little files which tell your CD player where the tracks are located or something.. you need to actually rip the disc properly...
Windows Media Player will do it if you have nothing else.. find the options and select the type of file (most prefer .mp3) and quality (192 or higher is best for anything with music). Then open it when you have the disc inserted, go to the 'rip music' tab and there you go..
Grat stuff.
Tell me something. I know that sometimes the American date sistem is different from Europe. So, this date is 8 of July or 7 August?
Take care
Thank you very much, mickyparise!
To me, it sounds like a studio recording (demo?) of the News of the World sessions, with some live audience sounds added .... (?!?)
Can anybody tell where this recording came from?
Thanks anyway!
Cheers to ya' all!!! ;-)
PS: Isn't this version of Spread Your Wings fantastic?!? WOW, I love it !!!
Yeah I'm surprised it wasn't pointed out sooner.. but this is the infamous show where the BBC sessions were given fake crowd noise and presented as being 'live' ;)
Still great to have though!
Thanks for the info Mikahl!
I must say that it sounded familiar to me, but I didn’t know where it came from.
After listening to those BBC sessions again … You’re right, cheers M8 ;-)
would like to help - here's what i have
the queen "fake live" was originally from a bootleg that circulated round about 1989
i remember having an audio cassette of this titled "queen live middlesex 28, Oct, 77"
i now have this as 160kbs mp3 only
as for kansas - have two boots that may be the originals - pre FM (unedited) before KBFH disc
but not sure - one is chicago 1980, and the other is norman 1982
if these are the ones - or anyone wants copies of what i have - please pm me
