Years ago back in 88 i remember Jackie Gunn saying that the making of the Miracle was being filmed One Vision style. She later said that it had been abandoned as the guy in charge couldnt be bothered to put it together, what put it together meant - legal negotiations or editing i don't know.
Does anyone have any clues as to what happened. To have unseen Miracle footage kicking around would be just that.
I read somewhere that the band felt really awkward about having cameras in the studio during the "One Vision" sessions that they never again allowed outsiders in the studio with them.

That's a really good question. the only thing I can say is if it did exist it probably would've turned up by now...or would it have?
My take on that is that she was refering to the bits and pieces of filming that took place for the videos that were made to accompany The Miracle's singles. If you remember, there are interviews that survived to make it on to the bonus section of the GVH2 DVD release.
I certainly don't remember any reference to FILM cameras being present in the studios for the recording sessions - it's entirely possible, but I would have thought that DoRo would have been more pro-active in putting out moire of the same old shit that they used to rely on in order to generate a bit more cash.

I think Brian knows;) So try and ask him. His e-mail is at BrianMay.com, good luck!

Honey, I wasnt even referring to anything like that. I would love to see videos of some of the jam sessions they had during those sessions but like I said if they existed I would figure they would've turned up or atleast been spoke of by now.
I'll dig up some old fan club magazines this weekend from 88/89 and quote what Jackie said about this. Sure would be interesting to find out what happened.
Paulos,
She was probably just making it up in order to fill up a few paragraphs in the magazine.
Just like she did with the 5-part Radio show and the box sets....... etc etc etc......
There was supposed to be a 5 part radio show that was going to feature rare interviews and live performances. Needless to say it never saw the light of day.
PieterMC,
I've mailed her a number of times over the years about this in the hope of having this created as a private pressing for fans. No response.
All I ever got was a response ONCE saying that it was on the shelf but hadn't been aired because no one would buy the license to syndicate the programme. Ideally, now, this coule be set up as an exclusive podcast on queenonline, but then again, that would require a bit of thought and ACTION, wouldn't it.
