On another note, wasn't Freddie quoted saying something about how he WASN'T going to say he was gay just to be cool. Or something like that, possibly. |

Many do that, you know. What do you think?nu uita ca in 1975-1985 nu prea dadea bine ce zici tu,nu-i asa?he never said that always deny it. at age of 14 had his first gay relationship in an boarding school in Mumbai. In time he becme more selective, from people like David Mallet or Joe Fanelli to men with big arms, truck drivers type, more appropriate for his needs.one of his sexual aspirations was to meet Burt Reynolds but ended in Jims arms in my view wasnt bi at all like phoebe said Freddie was a real gay person |

The FAQ section of this website will tell you that Freddie was gay. If that's what you're asking. |

Gay, not gay, who really cares about Freddie's sexual life? All that matters is that he was a sweet, gentle, beautiful (yes he was), amazing, incredibly talented, man. He contributed so much to the musical world, and the whole world. he was just an AMAZING person!!!! Although i never knew, does anyone know, since he was gay, from who did he get AIDS from? I dont think anyone knows, I was just interested. And yes, he was officially gay, from the information i saw in this forum. But what i dont get is ... if he was gay, then why did he have a relationship with Mary Austin till 1980? doesnt this really make him bisexual? I dont know... |
JoxerTheDeityPirate 09.07.2006 20:48 |
look.the man was bi,he enjoyed life to the full, and made millions happy in the process.after 15 years i still can not understand how this is still a problem for anyone.let sleeping dogs lie and enjoy the wonderful legacy the man left us with his music.if i live half the life he did then i will die a happy man. as a great man once said... anyway the wind blows, nothing really matters to me |

He was gay, it is a fact. I think he lived with Mary Austin because he either was confused with his sexuality or he was just in love with Mary. It could happen. I'm completly staight and I love my best friend. |

I hate it when people really passionately NEED freddie to have been gay. I personally think he was, but what if he was bi? What then? Is there something wrong with that- is being bi "worse" than being gay? He did, after all, admit to having sexual relations with men and women. I don't understand why people have this incredible fury that NEEDS him to be one sexual orientation or the other. dont go into some outrage whenever people say their opinion about his sexuality. everybody's opinion is as good as anyone else's. db |

I must be slow on the uptake but I read only yesterday that Rob Halford of Judas Priest is gay. Good for him, but I couldn't help thinking about the time Halford challenged Freddie to a bike race because that "campy" Fred dared to sit on a motorbike in a film clip!! Talk about a low shot! Famously Freddie replied he would if Halford would dance with the Royal Ballet! Freddie, just irreplaceable, wasn't he?.....and was he hinting something back then? |
