I believe it is going to be about 10 CDs, released around November time. Containing all the various B-Sides, extended mix's etc. Basically all the relevent tracks exactly how they appeared on the original singles. Not just UK versions but around the world. Will probably come with a fairly detailed booklet containin gchart positions, pictures of sleeves etc. I for one am hoping it follows a similar format to the Freddie Mercury boxset. Exact details are unknown at the moment but Grg Brooks is apparently working on it.
If you search around the threads on this site and over on queenonline.com you will probably find more info.

OH YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT HERE!!! xD
I believe 10 was the number mentioned by Greg Brooks at the Queen Convention this year, according to people who were there.
Don't think many of the details have been confirmed except that it is planned for November this year. But as it is a singles box set you can pretty much guess what the majority of the content will be if you have a queen discoography.
I think the idea is also to put these tracks out there now so that when they come to do the other Queen Anthology boxsets in the future (whenever that is) they can concentrate on the rarer, less heard stuff. Let's hope anyway.
I guess there won't be any DVDs in the singles boxset as the videos are being covered by the Greatest Hits DVDs already
