SACALO A CAMBIASSO Y A MASCHERANO

Yo sacaría a Scaloni y Saviola, meto a Coloccini y Tévez... después saco a Mascherano y meto a Messi.
Pero igual Argentina ganará, pero todo depende de que entre Tévez.
Final destination quarterfinals... neither Argentina nor Mexico will go any further.
Never ever... and I´ll be there next friday at our very own Olympic-Stadium here in Berlin to chant "adios amigos"... whether argentinean or mexican.
PS: ... but keep in mind: Friends will be friends... right to the end! :-)))
MAXI RODRIGUEZ IS GODD
pero la puta madre, como sufrimos con este partido
mexico jugo muy muy bien
q partido, te deja con las bolas en la garganta hasta el ultimo minuto
AHORA SE VIENE ALEMANIA
Argentina irritated me... I saw too much dives and referee manipulation from their side. I really hoped that Mexico would eleminate them!!
It was funny to see how the strikers give Argentina their face. With Saviola and Crespo, Argentina plays like a sharp knife. No creativity at all, but with one pass they can kill the defence. But with Messi and Teves (better players IMO), they play wonderful combination football.

Let's say Germany is already World Champion in manipulating referees.. looking at the red card that was given yesterday. And I really hate that action of Podolski when he tapped the referee's shoulder to indicate he did a "good" job.
Indeed. What about that freakin' smile of the referee? That really pisses me off. I should have kicked his eyeballs out. He still had the red card, Sweden was already losing, so why not? :-P
I agree that the decision of the referee was too hard but this was not the fault of the German team. We saw a similar situation in the match Italy vs USA when Pope was given the red card for a minor second foul. Referees should refrain from showing yellow/red for a minor foul but the new FIFA guidelines encourage them to do so.
In the German vs Sweden match the penalty for Sweden was also controversial and nobody blamed it on the Swedish team. Referees make mistakes, most notably the goal scored by Argentina (vs Mexico) in the 93th minute which the referee thought was offside - a crystal clear wrong decision.

You mean, second best team in South America.
Also Germany can't really prove to be the best team in Europe when playing at home and getting a bit of referee help.

So do I, but arguably Spain or Italy might also be the best team in Europe.

true, depends on your opinions but no team has really stood out from the crowd in this tournament so its hard to say!
Pekermann should strongly consider putting Tevez against Germany since the first minute.
If there's a player that puts all his balls on the field, it's him.
honestly I think Argentina plays a better game then Brazil. Brazil would score more and play better if they quite trying to get Ronaldo to break a record.
This World cup, Germany is the best European Team, cuz the cup is there, they have homefield advantage, I played quite a bit of sports, Homefield is more then a lot of people think. When you have 80-90% of the staduim on your side it helps a lot.
IMO I think Spain is better then Portrugal.
So far, Argentina has poured their hearts and souls on the field more than Brazil has done.
Yet, there's no doubt in my mind that Brazil has much more skilled and technically talented players than Argentina.
