yeah i just got their greatest hit 1970-1978 cd ... has some good shit on it . Snowblind , Iron Man, Hole in the Sky , Supernaut , Never Say Die , War Pigs , Black Sabbath to name a few
I love Sabbath - War Pigs is one of my favourite songs of all time.
I was lucky enough to see them live with the full original lineup at the download festival last year. One of the best gigs I've ever seen!
I saw them at the NEC in 1999. Superb gig. Full original line up.
Paraniod and Children Of The Grave for encore.
Im not the biggest Sabbath fan, but they still piss all over todays metal acts.
And I met Geezer Butler at a White Zombie gig in Wolverhampton in 1996.
aaaaw Black Sabbath.... they're so cool. I was to their concert in Bergen, Norway last summer, and Ozzy flashed his ass but I didn't see it cause I'm so small and I was surrounded by HUGE BS-fans..... I'm still bitter.
Iommi is not God, he is the Evil. They are a fuckin black band from hell, i love'em, check some bootlegs from mid 70's amazin, Sabotage is a great gem of Heavy and Dark.
With Dio they have some great stuff, Heaven and Hell and the very underrated Dehumanizer.
Geart Band!
Does anybody have the double album 'Past Lives'? That has to go down in my book as one of the best live albums ever and I am now hunting down some early 70s Sabbath concerts.

Sabbath are GREAT... one of the most important names in the world of music.
But I don't love everything and everyone from Sabbath.
I love albums from 1970-1982 period; I love Bill Ward, Geezer Butler, Ozzy and Ronnie James Dio.
My favourite albums are "Paranoid" and "Sabotage".
