Poor Game??????? That was the best one Ive watched so far!!!! It had everything. The only sour note was the jammy German bastards scoring that goal.
You should go to Specsavers.
To me Saudi Arabia v/s Tunisia was the best game i've watched in this World Cup, and it wasn't a great game either, but lots of emotions.
Spain won't win this World Cup... We won't know until the end of the final match.
Maybe Trinidad and Tobago xD

...all their games in the first round.
...then on the second round, they'll get some ass whooping. Sorry Marialvy, but it happens in every single World Cup.

The goal was overdue. The German team did not reduce the tempo for a minute and they all played a great match. Even if they had not scored they would not hear any blame tonight in this country. I feel bad for the Polish team but the Germans deserved to win.
Polands sucks hard, I believed in them, but they dissapointed me, just like 4 years ago in Korea/Japan. Germany deserved victory, I'm glad they won. And I don't understand why Poland wanted draw, when it wouldn't help. They should try to win
The Polish goalkeeper was great indeed - but Germany deserved to win.
As for "quality" of the match... it was certainly above average. Lot of effort on both sides.
I thought I will have a heart attack... :)
Good, GOOD game and if only Poland pput so much effort into game against Ecuador...
Germany deserved to win, but I feel really sorry for Boruc, Polish keeper... Heand two defenders (Baszczynski and Zewlakow) played some great stuff... Janas (Polish coach) behaved like a complete idiot yet again, taking off Zewlakow (and from that side Germans had crossed the ball...) and not taking off Sobolewski before he got red carded... EVERYBODY in Poland know that he's very likely to get red cards, it wasn't his first... Klinsman was making substitutions trying to change something, Janas was waiting... Fuck knows for what..
The thing that really pisses me off is the fact that Ecuador is not that good AT ALL!!! What a lucky bastards- Poles hit woodwork twice against them, the same happened 5 minutes before the end against Costa Rica... Lucky bastards...

Ecuador is not good at all!!.... WHHHHHAAAAA!!! ..... Ecuador didn't deserve to qualify .... WHHHHHAAAAA!! .... Lucky bastards.... WHHHHHAAAAA!! .... Poland didn't make it to the second round .... WHHHHHAAAAA!!!
First of all, although Ecuador wasn't overly superior to Poland, they got a well deserved victory that they earned fair and square.
Today against Costa Rica, they clearly dominated the entire game, and the fact that they won 3-0 IS NOT A SCORE THAT THEY GOT OUT OF LUCK as you mentioned before. Little did it matter that Costa Rica hit the post once.
Look, I'm Colombian and Ecuador in a certain way contributed to our elimination in the qualifying rounds, and little did it matter that Colombia had more players playing on top leagues in Europe. The truth of the matter is that Ecuador is a team that is organized and truly understands
the concept of team work. They don't have players of world class like Ronaldinho, Zidane, Figo, or Rooney, yet Ecuador knows that they don't depend on individuals, and the only way to achieve victory against any team is to remain as a unit on the field.
Ecuador well deserved to eliminate Colombia, and now more than ever I realize why they made it to the World Cup and not us.
They might not be Brazil, but they're a good team that could give more surprises.
Don't be a sore loser, otherwise I'm gonna have to give you a pacifier that you could use until South Africa 2010.
Jingles, take a chill pill.
All I'm saying is THEY ARE NOT THAT GOOD, it was Poland that was that BAD. I saw Poland in qualifiers, unlike you I guess. And I tell you- it seemed to be different team altogether. It's no-one else's fault but our's! I know that. But all I'm saying is- when Ecuador will meet England you'll see their real value. Poland and Costa Rica were REALLY bad, that's all. And I didn't say they won out of luck- they had some luck AS WELL, when I said "bastards" I was half-joking...
They won, because both Costa Rica and Polanbd were playing miserable football on this tournament. Even against Germany Poland did nothing else but defended, not one decent chance! SO- is it Ecuador that good, or was Poland that bad? I haven't seen Polish team that bad in years... Only half a year ago they were playing something completely different... For once- we never used 1-4-5-1 system, which we used against Ecuador... Fuck knows why... Believe me- the only people I am agry with are Polish players and Polish coach... They fucked it up... And it doesn't change the fact, that Ecuador had some luck. They had. Bastards, I say. Not entirly serious as I know that you really have to HELP your luck...
And I don't think there will be more surprises. Germans will do everything not to play england in round two, Ecuador will play England and go home... IMO it's not such a good team at all. having said that- Delgado and C. Tenorio form a pretty decent pair up front! But I'm not so sure about their keeper. He hasn't been seriously tested yet... I will change my mind when they win against someone half-decent, Germany will do.
I don't need a chill pill, I would need it if I was pissed off at the fact that Ecuador eliminated us.
I will agree that they're not good enough to win the tournament, but they sure are good enough to be in the second round.

That I will agree, but... only because they were drawn in THIS group- I know few teams who were simply unlucky and I think are better than Ecuador yet are already out. Ivory Coast springs to mind- had they play against Poland and Csta Rica instead of Holland and Argentina... And now it seems one of those three (Czechs, Italy and Ghana) will be out as well...
Anyway- as I said I may change my mind- all they need to do is show something special against Germany. It's tomorrow, isn't it?
PS
I actually think on a good day Colombia is stronger than Ecuador. Seriously. It's easy to win (even with good teams) at 3000 meters... If they show sth really spectacular against Germany- THAN i will say they can win against good teams on the sea level as well. So far they won agaisnt two extremely miserable teams...
Colombia actually beat Ecuador in the qualifiers 3-0, but they also lost to the 2-1 in Quito.
However, Ecuador was able to qualify because they took advantage of their status as locals, and as far as I'm concerned they didn't lose a single game at home. They even defeated Brazil 2-0.
The problem with Colombia is that despite having good players they lack definition, even when they are dominating their rivals they end up with a tied score or a loss. In the qualifiers that happened a lot to us as locals.
