As anyone noticed the out of time intro that Axl does in this excellent song?
I mean, it´s hardly noticeable, but if you listen carefully at 7 seconds he hits the chord out of time. IT´S A MILISECOND THING BUT YOU CAN NOTICE!!
Why wasn´t this fixed i don´t know, although i understand that at the time nobody had the guts to tell AXL to do it againg.
What do you think?
Can you hear that, or not?- I only have the greatest hits version but i think it´s the same.
Take care
P.S- For me, this is one of the best songs ever writen, and Guns were the last great band to emerge.
It's not necessarily a production mistake. It gives more feeling to the intro, in my opinion. However, it's not like bands are compelled to remove all mistakes from their recordings - it's actually a common characteristic of low-fi productions.

Hahah i've never noticed it before. Though if it was deliberate, I don't think it sounds that good.
I really like the song, although i've always thought it goes on too long.

I'd have to agree. But the part from when the chord progression changes (for any musicians reading, because I can't describe this part otherwise) to B F#/A# G#m F# E, and the strings enter is just so awesome... the band tacet, and the piano solo, with the orchestra-like snare rolls, and the guitar re-entering... ahh... sheer musical genius for about a half minute there. Kind of like that one stretch towards the end of White Queen. Simply beautiful rock music.

Don´t get me wrong! This is a genius piece of art, and that ending...HAAA! It kills me. It´s brilliant.
The voice, the guitar, everything in the right place, but that mistake shouldn´t be there, sorry...
The first time i herd it on headphones, i was relaxing and baammm, it hit me like a thunder and it makes all the diference.
What i don´t understand is why??
I mean, the first time i heard it , i noticed it!
To say:"it´s only rock´n´roll, leave it as it is", doesn´t make sense in this song whathever reason they have.
Just imagine that Queen did the same with "Bohemian Rhapsody", yeahh.
There are many ways to make a song looks more human, but leaving this kind of mistakes in them it´s not one of them.
Now i have that feeling: "Dam, it could be perfect..."
Don´t know the reason, but this should be fixed.
Take care
Just remember that in docu's about BoRhap, there are mistakes in there. So, it's worth noting that these things DO happen. Unfortunately, I don't have November Rain to listen to, but I'll definitely have to hear this "mistake".
Peace,
Adam.
Oasis are better than Guns and Roses.
On another point, can someone explain to me why that bloke jumps through the wedding cake for absolutely no reason in the video?
It's bad enough that their wedding day has got ruined by the rain (which, to be honest, they should have seen coming in November) but then some idiot jumps through their wedding cake!
Add that to the tardis church they're in, into which they can fit about 6 million people but yet when Slash walks out of it to play his unplugged guitar, it's about the size of your average garden shed!
Actually, I don't understand the entire thing.
