No I'm not related to anyone famous as far as I know, but the problem is people seem to think I am. You see my dad is a journalist and I seem to spend my life trying to hide it from people, because when they do find out they make such a big fuss of it. I actually went six months without anyone in my class finding out, but then one of my teachers came up and said, "Is that your father's article in the paper?" and everyone knows now. They never shut up about it which is really annoying. He even gets recognised in the street! My god the horror! I happened to walk into a pub with him earlier today, sat down and noticed a framed article on the wall beside me. I looked up to check the headline and what do I see? A picture of me, my sisters and my parents. People treat him like some kind of celebrity when he's not. They say to me, "You're so lucky that your dad is so famous." I just go, "Please! Don't use that word, it's ridiculous!" Sorry for rambling, that's my little story. |

demir is the youngest of his siblings, just so you know. ok, so when my grandfather bought my dad a guitar, my dad practiced alot and this guitar was a hand me dowm to demir. when he got the guitar, and this went on for a long time, he wouldnt come out of his room! they had to put his food outside the door and then he would pick it up when no one was looking. as funny as that sounds, he wouldnt even come out to use the bathroom. at night he would come out so that no one could stop him from playing guitar. now thats what i call devoted. i think that he can play as well as brian may. and thats not easy for me to say, so yeah. by the way, i never even had bragging on my mind when i created this thread! |
