Buy an alarm clock, and set it away from your bed. just make sure the ring is loud and anoying. that way you will have to get up to turn it off.
Just don't get back in bed though.
If one isn't enough, buy two and set them in separate places of your room at slightly different hours.

-go to sleep 15-30 minutes earlier than ur normal time
-wake up 15 minutes earlier
-maintain a schedule

I find,the earlier I go to bed,the more tired I am in the morning,BUt the later I go to bed,makes me feel as fresh as a daisy in the morning

the later i go to sleep, the earlier i wake up....its different for some ppl...im an early-riser....
