i have always wondered if freddie worked out during the 80's as he's obviously far better built than he was in the 70's. |
rocks. 18.05.2006 17:40 |
Yeh, deffinitly better, I think he thought he looked a little bit to scrawny for those wife-beaters in the 80s, so he decided to build up... :D |
Carol! the Musical 18.05.2006 18:31 |
I liked it better when he was scrawny, without a moustache, and with the long, thick hair... :p |

Found some interview somewhere online where he was asked. Yes, he did work out when he had the time, but also said it was hard to be consistent at it, given his schedule. |

Audio. Six (?) or maybe 5 parts. Found it totally accidentally almost a year ago through Googling. I'll see if I can find it again. I'm on dial-up, and it'll take me for-freakin'-ever to do YouSendIts or RapidShares. Okay. Found it. Go here - you can figure it out from there. link |

The only time, I can see that he has gone to gym is in ''Live aid'' there he looks, like he has gone to gym. But after that and before that, he always is ''just a skinny lad'' |

Freddie's limo driver got him into lifting weights a little bit....Fred had the same limo driver from like 1979 to 1987?? But yes, workouts were inconsistant... And this guy has said that Freddie had one body part in mind...his chest. This driver went onto say that while everyone says that Freddie's 1980's look is the "adopted gay look for the 80's" he actually went after the look of two actors he was totally hot for: 1) Tom Selleck 2) Burt Reynolds The driver said that Tom Selleck especially caught the attention of Fred, (think Magnum PI years) and not only did Fred wish that Tom swung his way, but he loved Tom's look as well....short hair, moustache, and big burly hairy chest. Anyone notice how Jim Hutton looked in the 80's?? There is no doubt...this was definetly Freddie's type. So to answer the original question...he did.... but it was hit or miss when he would go.... plus he neglected to do anything with his arms.... Freddie's arms were always super scrawny...and if you look at him at Live Aid, you will see that his back, shoulders, and chest are all MUCH BIGGER than his underdeveloped arms. |

This is a quote from Freddie's limo driver. Did Freddie ever do any exercise, apart from the obvious? He’d really never walk anywhere! We did weights, bench presses… Joe Fannelli made up an old bench in Garden Lodge… which collapsed! (laughs). Arm weights and dumb bells which we’d take from country to country. I suppose it was me that got him started into a keep-fit regime. I used to sod-off to a local gym, and one night he was curious as to what I was doing so I dragged him along. Once he started noticing that it was working, and he was developing muscles, you couldn’t hold him back. The entire interview is here and very long but not much more about exercise. link |

I think I did, or maybe he ate right. In any case, if you want to follow his example and start going to the gym to make your body beautiful, then you should consider one nuance. You need to get proper rest. Your muscles are tense after exercise and you need to relax. To do this, you can use the muscle massager gun (check that). This thing will help you rest and relax and gain strength for the next workout. Also, you can use this thing for prevention after damage to body parts, this is also important. |

I don’t think Freddie did his Friend from Newyork Tjhor said he just naturally had a nice body. |

CHEVYMAN wrote: I don’t think Freddie did his Friend from Newyork Tjhor said he just naturally had a nice body.Another example of Thor just repeating whatever he read in Phoebe”s book pretending he knew first hand. Another example of Thor’s bullshittery. Freddie said in a 1985 interview with Simon Bates that he did indeed work out and that his recent illness had prevented him from working out the way he normally did, Here’s the thing, If you see Freddie’s pictures in the 70’s, it’s quite obvious Freddie was not naturally muscular. What muscles he developed required weightlifting. Running around stage doesn’t cause arm, shoulder and back muscles to grow, |

Don’t listen to this women buy Thor and Lee book if you wish it will have some heart warming stories. You can’t listen to everything you here. What I meant to say I think Freddie may have been busy working and such in Newyork . After hours he probably spent time with his friends . I believe I remember on QZ Thor or Lee one saying he had a set of benches in his apartment. But he didn’t work out or they didn’t see him workout while in Newyork. It’s in one of the threads somewhere. Dearie is a Thor hating TROLL PLEASE don’t listen. |
CHEVYMAN 23.08.2020 15:08 |
I’m sure Thor thought he was nice looking though Freddie was his type dark hair tawny skin. Peace out |

He didn’t repeat what he read in phoebes book they were friends the whole time he was in Newyork and until death It’s a little bio on the GFM page. |

CHEVYMAN wrote: He didn’t repeat what he read in phoebes book they were friends the whole time he was in Newyork and until death It’s a little bio on the GFM page.FREDDIE SAID HE WORKED OUT. Unfortunately for Thor, he didn’t read what FREDDIE SAID about how he DID work out. Freddie worked out and Thor didn’t know. Another point of evidence that shows Thor lies, makes declarations about things as if he knows, but turns out he doesn’t really know. |

CHEVYMAN wrote: Don’t listen to this women buy Thor and Lee book.Freddie said he worked out in a recorded interview with Simon Bates. I suggest people listen TO FREDDIE. What Thor said contradicts what Freddie said. Thor, therefore is inaccurate unless you want to call Freddie a liar. |

(Although I disagree, there is a definite difference in his delts, triceps and biceps from the 70’s. Yes, his workouts were inconsistent, and likely what he’d do to gear up for tour. And it would take weeks to develop muscles like that..and he toured quite a bit so... he worked consistently enough to make obvious changes to his muscle definition in his back, arms and chest |
AlbaNo1 25.08.2020 20:46 |
He had a natural fitness and physicality. It would not have taken a lot of training to add a bit of muscle . |

I don’t know much about opera or ballet it’s not my thing but I thought a lot of you guys might like to discuss his passion for these two areas. I always remember seeing him wearing his leopard suit on stage with his little ballet shoes and I wondered why is he wearing ballet shoes. He would then set at the piano and begin to play and I got lost in the music. los angeles escorts |
