I followed the link to youtube about Freddie and the homophobe interviewer- and was checking out the other Queen Links. There was one there for Freddie singing the Aye-yo from the FM tribute concert. My 3 year old son walked into the room when it started and started to follow along and sing after Freddie did- hand gestures and all. What a great mothers day present!
Freddie's definitely watching and smiling down from Heaven with tears in his eyes as he would say, "awwww, the little one's now a Queen fan thanks to his mum."
awww...
:D
I hope i have to babysit my cousins this summer sometimes, lol we're gonna do some dancing to Queen and im going to educate them in it and the Beatles...
lol
Im sooo excited because we converted my friends younger sister, shes about 14, but we've turned her into a complete Queen/Beatle nut the two of us!!! haha
Keep on Rockin' Mom!! Way to keep the fandom going!! Happy Mothers day!!!
Nothin' cuter than a kid rockin out to Queen...
When my niece had her last birthday party (she was seven last November) she had a karaoke and she told me there was going to be some Queen for me.
It's good to see the younger generation still recognising good music.
Funny, kids do seem to pick up on Freddie
My son (who is 19 and would be horrified if he knew I was sharing this) used to have a yellow plastic half-mike stand and leap around the dining room to 'Scandal' giving it large
He used to refer to Freddie as Boom Boom Bah - work it out!
My nephew who is 2 in August sings along with Bo Rhap and it's so funny, he can say every member of the bands name and before he was one and a half he ran round the house singing we will rock you. He loves my Queen T-shirt so I'm going to get him the Radio Ga Ga one off of Queen Online. I also made him a CD (I know copying is illegal but I'll get him the proper ones when he's older) and my sis says thats all he likes listening to.
Aw I love little cute storries about little kids and Queen.
When my brother was like 2 he would hold onto the stair-railing and dance up and down to Bohemian Rhapsody, its SO adorable.
When I was little I always thought the Bohemian Rhapsody's "scaramouche" part was from the Oprea "Les Miserables" for some reason...

Make him a lil Freddie costume!!! mic included!
haha
xD
When Freddie does that, is he just making up something to "sing," or is he saying "Heeeeeeeello!" but cause of his accent n all the 'h' comes out sounding silent? Sorry, this is something that has bothered me for a long time and now seemed like the time to bring it up.

Freddie isn't saying "Hello", he was singing "Aye-doh" as a vocal improvision at Live Aid and the biggest Wembley Stadium concert during the Magic Tour.
aww that's so cute !! i hope my kid will be like that when i have one.. haha this 6 year old girl thinks Freddie Mercury is "handsome, cool" and she loves him.
