I can't choose one...I really like the portugese killer queen...and the spanish tie your mother down sleeve is real nice.
In think the design for all the 45's from the miracle are cool. Nice how they designed the Queen letters. The regular seven inch from Breakthru has a really cool sleeve
I DO like the cover from "Las palabras the amor" The song is about the war on the falklands and the afraid expression on the face of the child fits the song very good I think (altough I think the song is too much over the top, I don't really like the song)
The best solo 45 is, in my opinion, the japanese sleeve for Freddies Made in heaven.

Recordings of Hot Space were finished in March 1982, Falklands war started in April 1982, so this song is not about the war. Though the cover is about it, I agree, but it's still awful cover, IMHO.

That's arguable:
In 1981 the junta from Leopoldo Galtieri decided to conquer the falklands. From this year on a war was 'in the air' When the Falklands were conquered by the junta, the war started. (indeed in April 1982).
But what isn't arguable is the reason of releasing the song as a single. It is released as a single because of the war.
I know that it is maybe not written for it, necessarily. Brian has stated several times that it fits the occassion. It's a song about hope and peace in times of for instance war.
Brian also plays a little intro of it on guitar at milton keys and he dedicates it to people at the war (not in this specific words, but he does)
So that's why I said that the single is about the war.
Sorry about the triple post
