I was thinking about that today...how jet lagged I was and my crappy seats...however I will never forget the extremely long catwalk and roger in all is glory prancing down it for Radio ga ga...now here I am 18 shows later..what a fantastic year on the QPR tour..thanks guys!!
I really enjoyed all the shows over the last year or so. Even Brixton and Wembley Tent. Great to see them in my hometown of Cardiff and the night before in Birmingham. Prague was excellent, first concert I have been to outside the UK (unless you count Ireland). Hyde park was great with the bigger crowd outdoors on a great summer day and having been right at the end of the catwalk for the whole show and hearing Imagine fantastic.
US shows in California were also excellent. They improved quite a lot since the early European shows as time progressed and included one of my favourite tracks. I'll give you a clue, check my forum name. The only slight and I mean slight negative remark is I think the US shows would have been even better if the floor areas were standing rather than seating. I think this leads to a better atmosphere.
But to sum up : Had a great year on my own mini 9 date Q+PR Tour lets hope we get to do it all again in 2007, with some new tracks/setlists.
