brian and roger should do solo albums not waste their time touring with other artists.it's great to see them back on the road but everybody knows that queen without freddie and especially now without john, its not queen anymore. i think if they make more solo albums it's better.if you hear the last roger album, you can hear there are many ideas and great stuff. at least they should play some old stuff for the real fans while touring.and why did they never play songs of roger from his solo albums??????? i'm tired of hearing the same tracks always from the greatest hits 1,2,3. they are the worst tracks that queen ever made.
Normally I would point out all the grammatical errors you made, but there are so many and I can't be arsed.
Anyway, they aren't going to do any more, thay have both said so. I heard Brian was doing one and that it was going to be called "Look, It Floats!" but when I mentioned it, everyone on here laughed at me. Anyway, dunno where I heard that but it's not true.
I agree with some of what you said. Some more solo albums would be good, but I think touring with Paul was a good idea and also that while there are better Queen songs than some on the Platinum Collection, they are far from being the worst songs that Queen ever did.
Is that so much to ask for?
Brian and Roger must stop dragging the QUEEN name along, and start using their own names.
Have some respect for the man that made QUEEN happen!
But i dont give a shit for their solo albums if they actually do record them.
After seeing that they let "Crazy Frog" do WATC
I AM NO LONGER A FAN!!!
They have crossed the line on this! I find them disgusting now.
I hope their solo albums fail just like Q+PR tour did.
I might also add to that: ROTC, WWRY, American Idol, Stone Cold Classics
Stupid assholes!

I wish I knew where you live....I would throw eggs on the windows of your house....
I hate you, and I hope Brian and Roger (and even Paul) give you a swift kick in the nuts!!!!!
I wish they would. I mean, if you could write and play as well as these guys would you let it go to waste? How many potential songs will now never exist? It's a shame...
Queen ended in 1991 (or 1995?), not because "without Freddie there's no Queen", but because they simply stopped doing stuff! They stopped making albums and stopped doing tours. That was the end of Queen. Popping out of retirement now and then to play new versions of old songs doesn't really count as Queen "still going", it's just a bit of temporary reunion nostalgia. The QPR shows, for example, it's just Greatest Hits on the road...
Queen are never going to be a regular touring / releasing-new-material entity again, so, whilst the sporadic nostalgia trips of the musical, the QPR tour, etc, etc, are most welcome and should certainly continue, if we want actual new material rather just listening to the old hits again and again, Brian and Roger need to do some solo stuff. I suppose we might get one studio album of them with Paul, but it's not as if he's going to want to hang around forever...
Well, if Brian or Roger are to make a new solo album I know it would be Brian, because he states this in a interview I have. Roger says "No more solo work for me" Brian said "Maybe, if things go well. You never know"
I would defently go to a Brian solo tour!!!! :D
I would go to a Roger's too but Brian defently!
Roger said he's definitely not doing any more solo albums? That sucks.
I agree that a Paul/Bri/Rog album shouldn't really be called Queen... the tour is more or less Queen because they're playing Queen songs, but if they're doing entirely new songs then it's not really anything to do with Queen, apart from having two of the same members (you might as well say the Foo Fighters are actually Nirvana cos Dave Grohl was in both bands). However, I imagine they would use the name Queen, to make it more marketable, and as long as new material is actually released I suppose it's not the end of the world if they use an innacurate name.
Well, well, well...
I think that everyone here says something that must be taken into account.
Surely, the majority of Queen fans can be happy of the Queen+PR tour. In my case, it gave to me my first chance to see a Queen show (I discovered them when I was 9, in 1989, so 'twas to late for having the pleasure to enjoy their concerts 'live'). I think that Paul did a honest job, and most of all - without trying to substitute Freddie - Queen made a wonderful tribute to their career.
Considering especially all that crap that the music business is producing these days, we must be thankful that Queen are still pretty much in the first row.
This said, I must also admit that I do really miss some NEW songs... they gave us some 'hints' with 'The call' (but does a studio version exist?), 'Invincible hope' and 'Say it's not true'... but wouldn't you be happy to have some new songs signed by Roger and Brian?? They've been 'absent' from the composition scenes since 1998, if you think.
I mean Roger and Brian together, since I believe that Roger+Brian would work better than what they can do on their own.
I wouldn't be hostile to a Brian+Roger+Paul studio performance, since I believe that the mood they found live could be wonderfully casted into a studio project.
Perhaps this time, nevertheless, using the name Queen could be not really correct: May, Rodgers and Taylor - or simply the title of the albunm could be ok.
But, listen, if I were you, all Queen fans, I'd encourage them to go to a studio and record. Before the dream is really over forever.
