Dont you just love the way Freddie had one hand painted with Black nail vanish and the other plain? By the way, which hand was it he had it black? Also has anyone notice in Killer Queen and Bohemian Rhapsody Brian does the same but with white nail vanish? Did Roger and John do the same? I haven't seen a picture with they're hands like that, has anyone? If so, do you have a picture of it? I would love to see it! Has anyone ever tryed this style before? I have Freddie's style, looked cool. xD |

I have done both, Freddie's and Brian's. Actually I haven't seen any pictures of Roger or John. Wouldn't of guessed that John never had his painted. |

I do the black polish thing (both hands) occasionally - just because it freaks people out. Its not too common around here; I don't know any other guys who do it. |

I did the Freddie nail varnish bit last year, and a little of this year, but people just thought it was too odd...I would've kept it up, but I'm lazy. :) |

I did the black on my left and white on my right for about 2 weeks before my concert and kept it, but i did the opposite on my feet, my left foot white and my left foot black... everyone found it odd, but i didnt care.... i loved it! and im going to do it again too... but i havent had the time... my driving instructor made a bad joke that i was in a gang.... |

I'm not keen on nail varnish..i hate the whole chipped effect ..some people think it's stylish but i think it looks wrong.. sorry if anyone likes it! lol but if i had to choose i'd probably do the Brian white left hand..thats cool! xD |

I think Freddie did both hands, but Brian only did one because it chipped off too quickly with his playing. Er... that is all. |

I've done my left hand black too, but I do a white hand more often becuase black nailpolish stains your nails. Also, I feel so weird with only one hand with nail polish. |

It's funny... when I was about 12, I finally convinced my mom to get me the black nail varnish... I did this by requesting black AND white and doing a half-and-half. I actually stopped doing that some time before I found out about this Freddie guy, as it turns out the black rubs off on things - like paper on which I was writing or drawing. I switched to bright, bright, red for some time... I believe that Freddie nearly always had the left nails black... just the left. Gee, I may just do that... my left hand wouldn't make a mess of the paper, and I'm right-handed... so painting the left is just plain easier... Coordinated? Nah... |

Brian does his left hand also in white. Check very carefully in videos like, Bohemain Rhapsody and Killer Queen. =) |

I paint all of my nails black...but I did this thing once where I put glitter in when the polish was still wet...looked really cool at first but when I played the violin with it the stuff chipped off and my fingerboard got all sparkly. :-P |

I tried Freddie's style. Unfortunately the nail varnish was quite crappy and came off too easily. I'll have to buy some proper black stuff and try it again. |
