There seem to be quite a few people who are upset about Paul Rodgers fronting Queen, and can find nothing good to say. I myself am overjoyed that Brian and Roger are willing to keep performing live for all of us, and I'm sure it was no small task to find musicians to even try to take on only the actual physical onstage jobs of John and Freddie, let alone trying to deal with attemting to recapture a magic that THEY know better than us is gone forever(but they're awfully close nonetheless). These guys have spent the better part of their lives as REAL people, real friends with each other and I'm sure it was a grueling trial by error to find a vocalist not to REPLACE Freddie, but to at least bring enough life into the songs to honor his incomparable talent. I can't help but think that some people who've been at one of the recent shows have been tripping over their tongues and eyeballs too much too actually HEAR and SEE what's going on. There is a very good chemistry between all members of the touring band, and some very solid work on keys, bass and rhythm guitar(the duel lead stuff wasn't bad either). Also, the live sound mix (saw them in Pitt) was the best I've heard in a long time (Light show was very well done, too). The Red Special is showing signs of age, as are the rest of the band, but these guys have found a new gift to give to us, and I for one will not refuse it.
You doubters, give these guys some credit, and remember, if you can do better, then do it. If not, be grateful that these guys still care enough, and need to feed their families enough to keep feeding the likes of us. "When you don't want to hear it...fucking go home."

I'm so sick of this too. People just cant accept the fact that they have both moved on. Why cant they take a leaf out of they're book and do the same? Peace x
