I watched this show pretty much everynight since I was in high school. My favorite characters on the show are-the Masturbating bear, Truimph the insult dog, the preparation H guy, the evil puppy, etc, (and when he makes fun of...) George W. Bush, Arnold S, Donald Trump...and I love the 'Finland' thing that he did...he even mentioned Freddie Mercury on one of his recent shows! He's coming to Chicago, not too far from where I live, and I wouldnt mind seeing him, although I'm too shy to meet him, seeing him would just be good enough for me, lol!!! Is anybody fans of his show like I am, been on his show, etc? |

I rather Conan to the other fruits that claim late night i.e. Letterman (whoa, how funny can a suit be!) or Jay Leno (actually, I do quite like him. He always seems to get himself into akward positions). Was the reference to Freddie when he was revealing the new state coins? Was it...San Fransisco? Or..was it Texas where the Mexicans were playing volleyball? I do quite like the odd things he has on the show like the bloke who sits in the crowd and says 'Fran Drescher? That's Frantastic' and when Conan mentions his famous monologues the same guy in the crowd is doing something like a soduko puzzle or having his teeth drilled. That and 'Chef-Cactus-playing-'We-Didn't-Start-The-Fire'-on-the-flute' So very funny. |

He said one that about one of the Mexican's jumping over the boarder...he was like 'Why does that guy look like Freddie Mercury' lol... Yeah, none of the other late night guys are funny to me, not even Jon Stewart...he has a different style of comedy that I'm just not with, lol...and dont even get me started on Jay Leno's Dorito loving ass...he's still making Brokeback Mountain Jokes, that is OLD!!!! lol! But he's corny funny sometimes, lol... Conan is the KING OF LATE NIGHT!!! |
RETROLOVE 30.03.2006 02:10 |
And Carson Daly....mmmmmmmmmm, at least he tries, lol! |

I watch it now again- we can see it in the Uk- mainly for Max and his band. |

My only criticism to Conan is that you can tell when the writers are just running out of ideas so they just come up with the most retarded thing they can think of. Most of the time it happens when they introduce new characters, and it's just plain pathetic. My favorite segments are Kids Drawings, New Stamps, If They Mated, SAT analogies, and Celebrity Secrets. I remember they recently had a SECRETS segment with Billy Joel, and he says: - All my songs speak the truth except for one... 'Honesty', that song is just pure bullshit. |

Max is funny too....I miss Andy being on the show, but I guess he had to move on and do different things...Conan is always making fun of La-bum-bum, saying that he's gay n' stuff....and that trumpet player/singer cracks me up too...lol |
RETROLOVE 31.03.2006 04:27 |
Oh yeah...he still makes MC Hammer jokes, which is really old, but I think its funny, corny, but funny nontheless, oh yeah, and he's always talking about Ruben (from American Idol) weight, and he's always talkin about Clay Aiken being gay, he said on one show that he was 'Aiken-for-some-man-sasuage' that was soooooooo wrong, lol, I nearly fell out of my chair when I heard that one! But the number person he makes fun of is himself...how ironic, lol! |

Mr.Jingles 31.03.2006 22:45 |
I can watch the Triumph DVD over and over again and still laugh my ass off. It's hard to pick which one is the funniest. My favorite might have to be the Bon Jovi interview. I actually went to that same concert at Giants Stadium. I remember some of the interview. ---------------------------------------------- TRIUMPH: Jon, is it true you're making a movie about vampires? JON BON JOVI: Yes TRIUMPH: Finally a role that requires you to suck. ---------------------------------------------- TRIUMPH: Richie Sambora! Dude, this guy has been everywhere. He used to date Cher back when she was only in her 60s. ------------------------------------------------ TRIUMPH: How much did you pay for that ticket? BON JOVI FAN: 40 bucks TRIUMPH: Why not wait until next year when you can see them for free at Six Flags? ------------------------------------------------ Ohhh, and who can forget the "You Give Love A Bad Name".... Humped a Shar-pei Pulled out too late Now the bitch has a litter of 8 They eat all the Alpo right off my plate Why the hell didn't I just masturbate. Ohhhhh, I'm a loaded gun Here comes Bon Jovi, the pooping's begun. Look at you guys, have you no shame You give poop, a bad name Crawl back to the butt, from whence you came You give poop, a bad name |

I loved it when Conan was featured on the Simpsons, and Bart appeared on his show. Then they went to commercial break, and Conan starts dancing, in which Bart thinks he has to do too. But he doesn't. Ha ha. |
iGSM 02.04.2006 09:47 |
I think some of the funniest episodes of the Simpsons are written/co-written by Conan. |
