i don't do it...but it's not a probelem...apparently...people who can do it...it's only air/mositure trapped in the ligaments....and it does not hame to expel it

yeaaa you can, im taking bio now thats why im saying something, and if you crack you tendents then they leak the fluids they have in them and it cuases arthritis later in life, that is if you do it a lot

Since I am the knuckle cracking fiend,I researched into it and this is what I found:
If you can only crack your bones every so often that means its a sort of gas that has built up and when cracked causes damage which leads to arthuritis and the likes.
If you can crack your bones at any time then thats your tendons not gas and when cracked doesnt cause damage.
I can crack my neck at any time
I crack mine constantly....It's addicting and my fingers get a little stiff so it helps loosen them...my babysitter when I was little took my fingers and cracked them....and now I'm a cracker.
