I know Trip Khalif, legendary Queen live sound engineer, was behind the board for Europe. Is he still on board? I'm really looking forward to shaking his hand...
He was running the board in NJ. I took his picture but I did not see him behind the mixer at Jacksonville. I went back there numerous times right before the show started and he was not there. A younger man was running it. He was wearing a skull cap. I was going to take a closer look at the mixer after the show but it was surrounded by fans so I didn't bother.
I hope Trip is still around, but the sound was superb Sunday at Jax with out him in all fairness.
He had gray hair in NJ. There was a man in the mixer area in Jacksonville that had gray hair and a mustache, but it was not Trip. I went right up to him and looked at his face and it wasn't trip. Not sure who he was, he was playing solitare on a laptop about 7:30pm.

Is Cleveland your next show Lisser? I'm getting the feeling that Trip will be running the board while shirtless at the Cleveland gig. ;)
Shirtless? You think so? I'm hoping Cleveland is next on my agenda. I'm just waiting on the monster in law to give me the go ahead that she'll keep the kids for me. She said, "I'll get back to you on Friday." GRRRRRR!!
