Just asking a small favour... I'm in the process of cataloguing my bootleg collection and would like to know for certain whatever the flac download is indeed flac or mp3? To my ears it sounds very similar to Osaka 20.04.1979, which I have already in mp3 (in excellent quality), but I'm no expert on judging the difference so could someone who did download the flac version provide an answer please? |
| inmsthebest 01.05.2006 11:49 |
Thank you, you're great:-)) |
| MDNA 02.05.2006 05:18 |
Don't bother with this Flac Download, it is a lossy copy encoded from MP3. In order to find out you need EAC (Exact Audio Copy) and run a frequency analisis. for more details rum a search in Google. |
| Feral 03.05.2006 00:39 |
Yep, spectrum analysis says dropoff at about 16khz and gaps between the tracks checked. Most tracks have sbe's. This is most likely mp3 sourced. That's a shame, still thanks for letting me know. |

Bloody hell... Another big disappointment. How can people be so stupid? Whoever encoded this fully knew that they were polluting the trade pool. |
