Actually I'd like to take this juncture to pose a question-
If I were to upload the video to No One But You on Rapidshare, would I get in trouble for posting it here? I'm actually really enjoying all the funny and good things being posted on youtube, but I'm wondering - what is the distinction between the two?

I don't think there's anything stupid about the threads. It's exciting to share what you find. As far as searching, my online time is limited due to work and family, so I'm extremely grateful for the links.
I do, however, think we can have ONE thread titled something like, "youtube and other videos", where all links can be posted. That would be cool and convenient.

When you see youtube in the topic line, and it annoys you, then please don't click on it. However, there is always the possibility that you might want to contribute to the conversation about whatever video was linked. Do you know of any other sites like youtube that have Queen material on them? Thanks.
Can I also point out that LEGALLY one does not need be the HOST site to be prosecuted, LINKING sites are just as guilty in the eyes of the law, so linking to 'youtube.com' is just as guilty as hosting it itself.
I may be a b*stard in the eyes of the leeching community, but as far as genuine Queenzoners are concerned, I would expect a bit more support, after all, when Queenzone is killed-off, where else will there be to go to?
Ofcourse, your common-garden troll would have no worries whatsoever, as like the true parasites they are, they will just migrate to another unsuspecting species, not giving a single passing thought to the destruction caused in their wake.

You are joking right? "You can't download them"...
(sigh)
I timed myself. 8 seconds in google led me to this: link
It's trivially easy to download from youtube! :D
Having said that, I'm surprised there isn't some kind of crackdown on the official links at least.
Are video clips that appear on youtube having been broadcast over tv "legal?" For instance there was one with Roger and Brian in a music store advertising a dvd, and the one of the London cast doing WWRY was broadcast via tv from a tv studio. In a way, youtube is like free advertising for singers/bands, and it keeps their names in the spotlight. I won't be linking youtube any more on Queenzone. I had not thought of possible repercussions for the Queenzone site. Thanks, everyone, for the polite input.
