I just pulled up TEN FRONT ROW tickets on Ticketmaster!! I smell a cancellation..:-S |

oye! did u try to buy them?? |
PieterMC 01.03.2006 15:06 |
I just pulled up 7 in a row in the front row on Brian's side. |
Erin 01.03.2006 15:07 |
I can't buy anymore tickets.. These are $200 a pop! |
Sherwood Forest 01.03.2006 15:10 |
i pulled up 2nd row for that show |

Buy them and ebay them. But then again, you mightn't want to rip off the fans. So I'll buy them off you for what you paid. And I'LL rip off the fans. Ebay, here I come... |
PieterMC 01.03.2006 15:12 |
Yeah good luck reselling them dumbass. |

I think it's probably to late to cancel this show, but I would be pissed if they sold those seats cheaply after we purchased ours at full price. |
PieterMC 01.03.2006 15:25 |
I see more buy one get one free offers coming very soon for all tickets. |
The Stealer 01.03.2006 15:25 |
They are still there. I also noticed that they now are having a 2 for 1 sale or if you bought one already get one free. I have seen this done for shows around here (Aerosmith in December) when they have lots of seats to fill. FYI- Aerosmith was a little over half full at the bradley center--8000 folks |
Erin 01.03.2006 15:26 |
Oh, I'm sure that is what will happen. Some idiots who know 3 Queen songs are gonna end up getting the whole front row at a discount. Crazy! So much for looking out for the real fans... |
PieterMC 01.03.2006 15:28 |
I contacted the Arena and they assured me that this show is going ahead and will not be cancelled. |

I just don't understand what's going on here.... We got our tickets in Belfast for £40. That's about....what...sixty dollars? We were at front-of-stage. What's with this $200 shit??? How are these prices being charged??? |
PieterMC 01.03.2006 15:30 |

The ticketmaster stage map still does not show the catwalk. To me it makes the difference between being up against the catwalk or 15 or so rows back. I called the arena and they say no catwalk. hmmm I guess we will find out on Sunday |

There isn't a large enough fan base. They don't seem to realize that. |

There have never been any seats in Section 2 available for one thing. It was the same thing with NJ, the venue had no idea about a catwalk, but yet AA showed a catwalk on all their seating charts. |

So, you people are all high or stupid, right? Here's how it plays out. . . The one-for-one tix are up in bleeders - no surprise there. Front row pops up on Ticketmaster a few days before the show?? This is a big surprise how? Sorry, but if you follow these things, it's pretty simple. Tons of comps get pulled early on and then get dumped back in right before shows. If you keep an eye peeled, you can usually pull great tickets within 1-4 days of a show. Are you people serious??? |
Lisser 01.03.2006 19:33 |
My plan all along was to wait until the last minute to get seats. Sure I paid $200 for them but I knew if I wanted good seats I was going to have to fork over the dough. There is no way they'll discount those seats. I knew that the best seats were pulled right away for VIPS, etc and the ones that weren't needed were put back in to the pool for the general public about a week beforehand. I won't be buying Cleveland tickets until a week beforehand either. The concert will not be cancelled. No way. |

Wish I could be in Cleveland for the show, as it's Danny's birthday, but we have other commitments. It's worked for any number of concerts over the years. Can't wait to see Q+PR here in DC next week. |

CharlieG wrote: If you keep an eye peeled, you can usually pull great tickets within 1-4 days of a show.No shit, but I have NEVER seen THAT many tickets up at the front a few days before a show, LET ALONE front row. We are talking 20 or more seats, nearly the whole front row in the non-Brian side. It's all because of Artist Arena's "VIP" crap that these seats were not available at face value earlier. |

I know I'm new here, so I know that my input is pretty much a fart in the breeze, but this is along the line of what I posted yesterday about NY and Philly. Even today, 6 tix in Philly can be had in row 4 on Brian's side (same as yesterday). Howwever, if you punch up 2 tix, Ticketbastard drops you 15 rows further back. This happened (happens) repeatedly. Why wouldn't they simply make these seats available in 3 pairs? We all know about last minute releases of seats, but this defies logic. I can't get 2 in row 4, but they'll be nice enough to let me have 6? |
Mr. Farenheit 01.03.2006 23:57 |
Totally predictable...and predicted by me, and others, months ago when we saw the schedule. These guys are nuts too book that many large arenas....they have been gone way too long...and were not that huge even in the 70'/80's (here). I know they sold a lot of seats back then...but EVERYONE did. Times have changed. We'll see....but I think there are going to be some bruised egos here. |

My husband called the arena yesterday and talked to a lady that sounded like she knew exactly how the stage will be set up. There will be a catwalk. There will be two more rows added to F1 & F3 (ROws 1 - 17), creating 2 rows at the end of the catwalk. Then there is an aisleway between those 2 rows and Section F5. Section F5 starts in Row 18 (which is where our tix from Artist Arena are). |

I hope that the previous post is right about the stage. I just called the arena and was told endstage only. I asked her to double check and 3 mins later she told me the same, and that I am 36 rows from the front. The endstage would have put me 1-2 rows from the end of the stage. My gut feeling though is that the catwalk will be used. |
