Besides, if you just take the album back to the shop, they'll exchange it for you.
If you can't do that, burning a copy of your own cd often solves the problem (really works, try it).
it can't go back...it's nearly ten yrs old!
i was just hoping for any copy of it
as regards the copying it...it didn't work...that was my first plan...but there are some nasty grooves in the cd....i think the worst must be on that track...as nothing else skips

Sorry, but IMHO their version of "Blinded By The Light" ranks as one of the worst covers of any song in history.
Casper - that was the single most predictable thing you WOULD have said in this thread....( you really don't like covers do you)their version of "blinded" is much better than springsteen's
Caspar professed:
First off, they screwed up the lyrics ("revved up like a douche" rather than "cut loose like a deuce" for fuck's sake!), then they turned a FOLK-ROCK song into a synth-pop tune, which is a fucking CRIME, and last but not least, they took out the ESSENCE of the song, namely it's unpolished, course sound. In short: their version is a rape.
+++++++++++++++
sorry about the mis-spelling, - but MMEB version has actually enhanced the song...most people will remember this song for THEIR version not BRUCE'S...which is odd for a cover version...but true....most music fans will think the MMEB version is the definitive version....bet you hate all their DYLAN covers too LOL
