I usually question if a topic is worth posting, but with all the nonsense ones that have been going up at a rapid speed every single day, I don't really care. However, if we have had a topic like this before, I apologize for bringing it up again. I love taking pictures of just about everything, especially things that look different often, such as the moon, various seasons, red skies, etc. Well, last night the moon looked the coolest that I have seen it in a long time, so I took a few pictures of it. My camera cannot zoom in very far, but I am actually pleased with the outcome of the pictures, since ones I've took of the moon before came out terrible. The pictures still don't capture the night as cool as it was, because the moon was giant, kind of orangeish, had neat fog around it, and was behind the trees. It looked like a scene you would see from The Wolfman. Pretty awesome. Anyhow, I'd like to share the pics here (also because I couldn't upload 'em to my profile, lol). I also think it would be a neat idea for everyone to post cool pictures of nature that they have taken here for others to see. It's kind of peaceful to look at those sorts of pics. So share your pictures, and here are mine! :) link link link link ____ A blury cropped close-up: link link link Something that most of you probably don't want to see, lol: link link And for kicks, here's a pic I took of Niagara Falls that came out perfect: link |

Jessica and Jamie... Have you guys ever thought on majoring in photography? It looks like you guys are really into it, and sure have a very particular talent when it comes to capturing moments. I like taking pictures of landscapes, but I'm far more into taking pictures of animals. Here are some pictures I took at the Bronx Zoo. link link link link |

Sorry, but I was thinking of the wrong type of 'natural' pictures. Guess I had better keep my digital snaps to myself! |

Hey there Jamie! I don't have a professional camera, but I sure do love taking tons of pictures. Last year I got a Canon - Power Shot S1 with 10x Zoom. I took some pictures and videos at the Queen + PR show in NJ, and all of sudden it crapped out. However, the guarantee covered for getting it fixed and I haven't had a problem ever since. |

Btw, didn't you have a Chow? Can you post some pics, pretty please?! I still live with my parents and they won't allow me to have dogs. I might move out with my girlfriend later this year. However, at this moment it will take a lot of money to find a place where we can have a backyard so our Chow can run free. I totally agree with you that Chows have a bad rap. The few Chows I've seen are the cutest thing on earth, and not once they've showed any sign of being aggresive (as some people say). A couple of months ago we saw a black Chow like Dakota. His name was Samson, and he had no problem at all letting us pet him. Btw, Thank you so much for the photos. My girlfriend loved them, and she said Dakota is adorable. |
