Since in a lot of Queen concerts, people sing along to GSTQ, I figured I'd post the lyrics for us U.S. fans who want to sing along as well.
God save our gracious Queen
Long live our noble Queen,
God save the Queen:
Send her victorious,
Happy and glorious,
Long to reign over us:
God save the Queen.
O Lord, our God, arise,
Scatter thine enemies,
And make them fall:
Confound their politics,
Frustrate their knavish tricks,
On thee our hopes we fix:
God save us all.
Thy choicest gifts in store,
On her be pleased to pour;
Long may she reign:
May she defend our laws,
And ever give us cause
To sing with heart and voice
God save the Queen.
*39*: That is the shorter version.
The proper version was first publicly performed in London, 1745 as 'God Save The King'. link link link
As Queen Elizabeth II is presently the Queen of Great Britain - Scotland/England/Ireland and - Wales, many English supporters when visiting Hampden Park are appalled when Scots so ferociously boo (what they perceive as) the National anthem.
A close look at the last two lines will show why this is so...
"Rebellious Scots to crush.
God save the King!"
1. God save our gracious Queen,
Long live our noble Queen,
God save the Queen!
Send her victorious,
Happy and glorious,
Long to reign over us;
God save the Queen!
2. O Lord our God arise,
Scatter her enemies
And make them fall;
Confound their politics,
Frustrate their knavish tricks,
On Thee our hopes we fix,
God save us all!
3. Thy choicest gifts in store
On her be pleased to pour;
Long may she reign;
May she defend our laws,
And ever give us cause
To sing with heart and voice,
God save the Queen!
4. Not in this land alone,
But be God's mercies known,
From shore to shore!
Lord make the nations see,
That men should brothers be,
And form one family,
The wide world over.
5. From every latent foe,
From the assassins blow,
God save the Queen!
O'er her thine arm extend,
For Britain's sake defend,
Our mother, prince, and friend,
God save the Queen!
6. Lord grant that Marshal Wade
May by thy mighty aid
Victory bring.
May he sedition hush,
And like a torrent rush,
Rebellious Scots to crush.
God save the Queen!

Like 'Thanks' said above, you posted an edited version of three verses (not one), and as your posting was incomplete, I thought the US fans would like to know the complete story.
Sorry for asking a question that departs slightly from the topic at hand (it is however one I've asked before and one to which I've never received an answer, so I thought this was an appropriate topic in which to ask again): did Queen ever perform God Save the Queen live, except as Brian May did on the Palace Roof in 2002?
