Next Thursday we each have to put together our own 'radio advert' for English class. We have to record it on tape and use background music or something. My friend and I have decided to do a 'fly with Aer Lingus' thing, but I haven't a clue what music to use.
Anyone got any ideas about any songs to do with aeroplanes or flying or something? Any Queen songs perhaps? (Hopefully, cos all the music my friend likes is shit!)
I dunno. Maybe Spread Your Wings? It's not really about flying, but it sure mentions it a lot.
I had a blast with my English project last year, got to make a report and soundtrack based on Queen to go with Romeo and Juliet. :)
I always thought the strings at the start of One Vision was very good for doing things which had to build up and then creshendo - might be good to illustrate take off.

I don't actually live there anymore, I'm in Wexford a year and a half now. But I used to live in Crumlin. And believe me, I'm a Dub for life and my accent certainly hasn't changed!
Thanks for all your suggestions. I haven't even decided yet but at least I know which ones to choose from.
