Hi folks -

Since you wrote about "Rare live" I thought that videos could be named as well - Magic Years Vol 3 is video, you can see there Is This The World We Created (almost complete), Radio GaGa, We Are The Champions and God Save The Queen (all incomplete) from Knebworth show. link
Ahh..yes, of course. They play part of 'Is this the world...' before the Live Aid information.
Forgive me - I haven't watched those videos in quite some time.
Cool! :)

I think you are all going way too far with the "don't share because it's official" idea.
This is not the same source as the officially-released segments. What is being shared is an AUDIENCE RECORDING, so it is of substandard sound quality compared to what the band have released.
But - on the other hand, if there was a recording of this show in the same quality, and more complete, then I would encourage it to be shared. Why buy the QP one if there is a better one? It would then be QP's fault for not providing the best recording possible. But in the current situation, if someone sees this bootleg as being a better choice than Live Magic, then again, it's QP's own fault for releasing such a crappy live album. But I think we can all agree that anyone who downloads this bootleg isn't getting it as an alternative to buying the Wembley DVD. Or at least, I'd like to think so.
I see no reason not to share this bootleg in its complete form. The Houston video shouldn't have been cut, either. I hardly think that bootleg DVD would stop people from buying GVH1 or Rare Live. People have a hundred other reasons not to buy Rare Live.
Right on Sir GH, especially about the 'Wembley substitute' line. I got Wembley first - then I chased up Knebworth out of curiosity.
I actually found it dodgy in the extreme that they didn't put any Knebworth on the Wembley DVD... fair enough, it was cool seeing rehearsals for the tour, and the Friday show, and the interviews were really fascinating, but I still think they should have gone all out and thrown some highlights from the rest of the tour in - at very least, some small bits of Knebworth anyway, because they keep mentioning it but never actually show it.
