How come no-one talks about this song! I know they never did it live, and on a album with so many hits, it completly gets lost - Its one of my top 5 Queen songs - its a beautiful catchy song, every instrument sounds awesome, and it sounds like it was recorded within the last 10 years (particulary if you crank it up on "Crown Jewels") - its got a great latin flair, and its one of Deacons best - listen to this over and over again, its worth it
Yes "Who needs You" has some lovely Latin guitar work and the lyrics are strong as well. It shows that Queen could try any style and generally succeed.

I think this is a brilliant song. I always play it anytime that album goes on my jukebox (which is a lot believe me). I love the guitar work on it, and the lyrics are clever. And of course a great vocal performance from Mr Mercury. He could sing just about any kind of song.
Though very far from their style, I like it a lot. Notw was a kind of experimental album, and the band really showed how they could rock no matter what genre they turned their hands to.
