Can I just say, this kind of thing really sucks. These people get indoctrinated and convinced that there's absolutely no fucking way out, and they top themselves - they don't realise that nothing is worth that much. For fuck's sake, "problems with school?" There's pretty much always a way out, I know it sounds like total bullshit. I just wish someone had been around to tell it to this guy and help him out a bit. |

Christ... I'm reading that thread. There are some real fucking lowlifes on this planet. Saying he's gone to hell? Calling him a coward? Who's the coward here - he's dead so they won't say it to his face... fucking miserable punks. I can't tell you just how shithouse this thing makes me feel; I think people really need to understand that there's not a lot worth taking your life over. It's bunk. |

yeah but whats worst is Jack Thompson contacting the poor lads parents asking them to sue Metal Gear Solid (the playsation 2 game) and blaming that for his death... what a right cunt, the game had nothing to do with his suiside he clerly sates in his farwell note 'A combination of money, school, and (consequently) housing problems has created a burden I can’t bare' so where in that sentence does it say 'OMG I CANT BEAT THE BOSS ON MGS IM GOING TO END IT ALL NOW!!!' Jack Thompson you prick get al life and leave his family alone to greave you fuck-wit! |

Right with you there Tyfoon, I can't stand self satisfied wankers like that who'd bloody seize upon something like this to advance their own goddamn plans and shit. This shit is unspeakable. If there's some serious shit going on (sexual abuse, whatever) perhaps suicide is a way out... but this guy was only young, he had a SHITLOAD of life to look forward to - when you're that age (heck, MY age for fuck's sake) you have so much ahead of you if you freaking want it. School problems? FUCK - if I could go back in time I would've smacked myself in the face for being so stressed over school. It's not the fucking end. I'm sick of people being screwed up by the education system, being convinced that they'll always be a fuck-up if they screw school. Fuck. |

Fuck.Well i would agree with you but im at school and i get the feeling if i dont do well now im going to be a right fuck up in later life, or is that what the teachers say? so much pressure! |

"Well i would agree with you but im at school and i get the feeling if i dont do well now im going to be a right fuck up in later life, or is that what the teachers say? so much pressure!" Ok - do well in school, it can't hurt you later in life. But if you screw up because you're not good enough or you feel too pressured... there's always a way out. My brother quit school when he was 15, got a shit job he hated for ten or so years and then came good, decided he wanted to be a teacher. Pretty much as a general rule, if you want something you can usually get it, it's not easy - but it beats killing yourself. I feel real sorry for this poor kid. |
